前記ガイド部材には、前記パッキン側となる一端部に形成され、半径内方向に縮径し、且つ、先端が他端部側に向かって折り返されたフロントエンド部と、他端部側に形成され半径内方向に向かって断面円形状に折曲されたリアエンド部とが形成されることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- チューブの挿入されるボディと、該ボディの内部に設けられ、前記チューブの外周面に係合することにより該チューブを前記ボディに保持するチャックと、前記チャックを軸線方向に沿って案内するガイド部材と、前記ボディの内部に設けられ、該ボディと前記チューブとの間の気密を保持するパッキンと、前記チューブを取り外す際に前記チャックを該チューブから離脱させるリリース部材とを備える管継手において、
前記パッキンは、環状に形成される本体部と、
前記本体部に対して半径内方向に突出し、前記チューブの外周面に当接するシール部と、
を備え、
前記ボディの軸線方向に沿った前記シール部の幅寸法が、前記本体部の幅寸法に対して小さく設定されると共に、前記チャックは、一端部に形成され前記チューブに刺入される爪部と、他端部側に形成され半径外方向に向かって折曲された係止部とを有し、前記係止部が前記ガイド部材に係合され、前記爪部が前記シール部に対して非接触に配置され、
前記ガイド部材には、前記パッキン側となる一端部に形成され、半径内方向に縮径し、且つ、先端が他端部側に向かって折り返されたフロントエンド部と、他端部側に形成され半径内方向に向かって断面円形状に折曲されたリアエンド部とが形成されることを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項1記載の管継手において、
前記シール部は、前記本体部から内周側に向かって先細状となる断面形状で形成されることを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項1又は2記載の管継手において、
前記シール部は、断面三角形状に形成されることを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項3記載の管継手において、
前記シール部は、断面形状を構成する一方の傾斜面と他方の傾斜面とが交差する交点を基準とした80°〜100°の範囲内となる傾斜角度で形成されることを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項3記載の管継手において、
前記シール部は、断面形状を構成する一方の傾斜面と他方の傾斜面とが交差する交点を基準とした90°の傾斜角度で形成されることを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の管継手において、
前記パッキンは、前記チューブの外周面に刺入されるチャックの爪部に隣接して配置されることを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の管継手において、
前記フロントエンド部は、その端部が半径外方向に向かって折曲され、前記ボディの内周面に形成された溝部に挿入されることを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の管継手において、
前記リアエンド部の内周側には、前記リリース部材の外周面が摺接することで、前記リリース部材の軸線方向に沿った変位を案内可能であることを特徴とする管継手。
