Claims (2)
- 複数の二次電池セルからなる電池セル群と、この電池セル群の充電用の充電器と接続される充電端子及び上記充電器との間で信号の授受を行う信号端子部と、各電池セルの電圧を個別に監視して監視結果に応じて充電制御を行う保護回路と、充電器側からの起動信号を上記信号端子部を介して受けて休止状態もしくは待機状態にある保護回路を動作状態とする起動回路とを有する電池パックであって、
上記充電端子からの電力供給を受けて上記起動回路に内部起動信号を送信する内部起動回路を備えており、
上記内部起動回路は、充電端子の高電位側の電圧が予め定めた閾値を超える場合に、起動回路に内部起動信号を送信するものであるとともに、上記閾値は、電池セルの電圧が過充電状態とみなす電圧値に設定されており、
上記起動回路は、充電器との接続時に充電器から出力される上記起動信号または上記内部起動回路から送信された上記内部起動信号を受けて上記保護回路を動作状態とするものであることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 上記内部起動回路は,ツェナーダイオードと抵抗との直列回路を、充電端子と起動回路の信号端子部側との間に接続したものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池パック。
