Description
Claims (8)
- 肺疾患を治療するための圧力支援システムであって、
圧力発生システム、
該圧力発生システムに動作可能に結合された患者回路、及び、
前記圧力発生システムに動作可能に結合された制御装置、
を含み、
前記制御装置は、複数の呼吸周期の間に前記患者回路を介してベースライン圧力レベルの陽圧支援を患者の気道に送達するために、前記圧力発生システムを制御するよう適応され、前記ベースライン圧力レベルは、所定のベースラインIPAPレベル及び所定のベースラインEPAPレベルを含み、さらに、前記制御装置は、前記呼吸周期のうちいくつかの呼吸周期の間に前記陽圧支援のIPAP/EPAP差を自動的に変えるようさらに適応され、前記制御装置は、前記IPAP/EPAP差が、前記陽圧支援の前記所定のベースラインIPAPレベルと前記所定のベースラインEPAPレベルの間のベースラインIPAP/EPAP差から撹乱されるように前記IPAP/EPAP差を変える、システム。 - 前記制御装置が、所定の制限内で擬似ランダムに前記陽圧支援の圧力レベルを自動的に変えるよう適応される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、所定のスキームに従い前記陽圧支援の圧力レベルを自動的に変えるよう適応される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、所定の制限内で擬似ランダムに前記IPAP/EPAP差を自動的に変えるよう適応される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、所定のスキームに従い前記IPAP/EPAP差を自動的に変えるよう適応される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記IPAP/EPAP差が自動的に変えられる前記いくつかの呼吸周期とは異なる前記呼吸周期のうち初回の呼吸周期の間に、前記陽圧支援療法が前記所定のベースラインIPAPレベル及び前記所定のベースラインEPAPレベルを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記IPAPレベルのみを変えることによって前記IPAP/EPAP差を自動的に変えるよう適応される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記IPAPレベル及び前記EPAPレベルのうちどちらか一方又は両方を変えることによって前記IPAP/EPAP差を自動的に変えるよう適応される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
