Claims (14)
- 正極、負極及び前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極組立体、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースでありパウチ型からなるケース、
前記パウチ型ケースの一側辺に位置して電解液注入口を形成する電解液注入部材、
前記電解液注入口を覆って密閉する密封部材、
前記正極と連結されて前記パウチ型ケースの外部に突出する正極タップ、及び
前記負極と連結されて前記パウチ型ケースの外部に突出する負極タップを含み、
電解液の補充または交換のための電解液注入部材は、前記正極タップ及び前記負極タップが形成される前記パウチ型ケースの一側辺とは異なる一側辺に形成され、
前記パウチ型ケースの一面には前記電極組立体を収容する収容部が設けられることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記密封部材は、前記電解液注入口の上部を覆う密封部、及び前記電解液注入口に挿入される挿入部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記挿入部の外面及び前記電解液注入口の内面に、互いに噛み合うねじ山が各々形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材は、前記電解液注入部材の外側を囲む縁部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記挿入された密封部材の密封部上面は、前記ケースの一側辺と同じ高さであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液注入部材は、前記ケースの一側辺に突出して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液注入部材は、前記ケースの一側辺に凹んで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材は隔膜で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材は、熱融着によって前記電解液注入部材の外側端部に付着されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液注入部材は、ポリプロピレン(polypropylene、PP)及びポリエチレン(polyethylene、PE)のうちのいずれか一つで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液注入部材は、前記ケースと一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 正極、負極及び前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極組立体、前記電極組立体を収容するケースでありパウチ型からなるケース、前記パウチ型ケースの一側辺に位置して電解液注入口を形成する電解液注入部材、及び前記電解液注入口を覆って密閉する密封部材を含む二次電池を用意する段階、
前記二次電池の密封部材を除去する段階、
電解液容器を前記二次電池の前記電解液注入部材と連結する段階、
前記二次電池及び前記電解液容器内の圧力差を利用して電解液を注入させる段階、及び
前記電解液容器及び前記二次電池の前記電解液注入部材の連結を解除する段階、
を含み、
前記二次電池はさらに前記正極と連結されて前記パウチ型ケースの外部に突出する正極タップ、及び
前記負極と連結されて前記パウチ型ケースの外部に突出する負極タップを含み、
電解液の補充または交換のための電解液注入部材は、前記正極タップ及び前記負極タップが形成される前記パウチ型ケースの一側辺とは異なる一側辺に形成され、
前記パウチ型ケースの一面には前記電極組立体を収容する収容部が設けられることを特徴とする、二次電池の電解液注入方法。 - 前記密封部材は、前記電解液注入部材の上部を覆う密封部、及び前記電解液注入部材に挿入される挿入部を含み、
前記密封部材を除去する段階は、前記電解液注入部材に挿入された前記密封部材の挿入部を抜く方式で行われることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の二次電池の電解液注入方法。 - 前記密封部材は前記電解液注入部材の上部を覆う隔膜で形成され、
前記密封部材を除去する段階は、前記隔膜をグラインディング又は切断する方式で行われることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の二次電池の電解液注入方法。
