Description
図1は、本実施形態にかかる循環流動層ガス化システム100を説明するための機能ブロック図である。循環流動層ガス化システム100は、ガス化原料供給部108と、ガス化炉110と、改質炉112と、燃焼炉114と、媒体分離器116と、誘引通風器118と、燃焼炉空気導入部120と、制御弁122と、空気流量測定部124と、制御装置126と、蒸気供給装置128とを含んで構成される。また、図1において、実線矢印は物質の流れを、破線矢印は制御信号の流れを示している。
図6は、本実施形態にかかる循環流動層ガス化システム100を用いた制御方法の処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。

Claims (4)
- 所望する設定値に所定の第1伝達関数を施して目標値を生成する目標値生成部と、
前記目標値から実測値を減算した偏差に所定の第2伝達関数を施して操作量を導出するフィードバック制御機能部と、
前記偏差に基づくゲイン補正係数を、前記フィードバック制御機能部の操作量に乗算するゲイン補正機能部と、
を備えることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記ゲイン補正機能部は、前記偏差が0のときにゲイン補正係数を1とし、前記偏差が正の方に大きくなるにつれゲイン補正係数を大きくし、前記偏差が負の方に大きくなるにつれゲイン補正係数を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記第1伝達関数は、一次遅れ関数で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。
- 水蒸気の存在下で流動媒体の熱によりガス化原料をガス化させてガス化ガスを生成すると共に、該流動媒体と未反応のチャーを導出するガス化炉と、
前記流動媒体の存在下で未反応のチャーを燃焼して該流動媒体を加熱し、加熱された該流動媒体と燃焼ガスとを導出する燃焼炉と、
前記流動媒体と前記燃焼ガスとを分離し、該流動媒体を前記ガス化炉に導入する媒体分離器と、
を備える循環流動層ガス化システムに用いられ、
前記設定値は、前記流動媒体を流動させるために必要な前記燃焼炉に供給する空気の供給量であり、前記実測値は、該燃焼炉に供給される空気の流量の測定値であり、前記操作量は、該燃焼炉に空気を供給する制御弁の開度であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。
