Description
b:セリアよりもジルコニアを多く含むセリア−ジルコニア複合酸化物、および
c:パイロクロア型の規則配列構造を有するセリア−ジルコニア複合酸化物
を含む、排ガス浄化用触媒。
(2)aの含有量とbの含有量のいずれもがcの含有量よりも多い、(1)に記載の排ガス浄化用触媒。
(3)a〜cの総含有量に対するcの含有量が1〜30重量%である、(1)または(2)に記載の排ガス浄化用触媒。
(4)白金族貴金属をさらに含み、白金族貴金属1重量部に対するa〜cの総含有量が100〜150重量部である、(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の排ガス浄化用触媒。
40g/Lのランタン添加アルミナ担体(La2O3/Al2O3=4/96重量%)に対して金属パラジウムが1g/Lの比率になるよう、硝酸パラジウム溶液を担体中に含浸させた。120℃で30分間乾燥させた後、500℃で2時間焼成し、アルミナ担持パラジウム触媒を得た。
酸素貯蔵材として「CZ材」「ZC材」および「パイロクロアCZ材」の3種類を用いた。それぞれの組成を表1に示す。
上記2)で得た触媒スラリーを875ccのモノリス基材にコートし、150℃で乾燥した後500℃で焼成して排ガス浄化用触媒を得た。得られた触媒について、下記のようにして、直列4気筒エンジンを用いた触媒活性の評価を行った。
Claims (3)
- a:ジルコニアよりもセリアを多く含むセリア−ジルコニア複合酸化物、
b:セリアよりもジルコニアを多く含むセリア−ジルコニア複合酸化物、および
c:パイロクロア型の規則配列構造を有するセリア−ジルコニア複合酸化物
を含み、
aの含有量とbの含有量のいずれもがcの含有量よりも多く、かつa〜cの総含有量に対するcの含有量が1〜30重量%である、排ガス浄化用触媒。 - 白金族貴金属をさらに含み、白金族貴金属1重量部に対するa〜cの総含有量が100〜150重量部である、請求項1に記載の排ガス浄化用触媒。
- bの含有量がaの含有量よりも多い、請求項1または2に記載の排ガス浄化用触媒。
