Description
− ガラス板を準備する;
− 重量%で表わすと、11〜40%の有機物質を含むエナメルの被覆を、ガラス板の少なくとも一方の表面上に付与する;及び
− エナメルが硬化されかつガラスに粘着するがまだ融解または焼結されないように被覆を硬化する。
商業的に入手可能なエナメル及び商業的に入手可能なペイントを含む種々の混合物が製造される。ペイントは、本発明による有機物質の増加した含有量をエナメルに与えるために添加される。
比較例1〜3では、被覆はエナメルのみからなり、有機物質の含有量は11%以下である。かかる被覆の熱処理前の抵抗性はかなり低く、摩耗試験に対する抵抗性はなく、Persoz及びClemen結果は低い。それらの流水下の抵抗は許容できず、縁加工は不可能であり、許容できない引っ掻き傷が取り扱い及び/または輸送時に現われる。
比較例4及び5では、被覆はエナメルを含まず、被覆は顔料ペイントだけからなる。被覆中の有機物質の含有量は40重量%以上である。かかる被覆は水の下では縁加工に対するまたは引っ掻き傷に対する良好な抵抗性を持つが、熱処理可能ではない。被覆はほとんど損傷されない。
第一組の実施例による種々の被覆されかつ硬化されたガラスは、カーテンコータの下を通過することにより追加の被覆層で被覆され、そこではエナメルの充填剤の略50重量%を含むFENZI社からのポリウレタンペイントが、エナメルとペイントを含む第一被覆の上に付与される。この第二被覆は、付与直後に略20分間200℃で乾燥される。
この比較例は、WO2007104752による製品に相当する。熱処理前の二層製品の抵抗性は良好であるけれども、第一被覆の抵抗性は、それが第二保護被覆により覆われる前は十分でなく、引っ掻き傷が製造ライン上の取り扱い時に現われるかもしれない。
縁機械加工され、輸送され、洗浄され及び/または熱処理されるときの本発明によるラッカー塗りされたガラス板の挙動を予測するために摩耗試験が使用されることができる。10×10cmの正方形の試料が、65〜75rpmの速度で回転する鋼板上に維持される。二つの平行な重り付き腕のそれぞれが、水平軸周りに自由に回転する一つの特定の摩耗小車輪(CS10F)を運ぶ。各車輪は、500gの質量である各腕に付与された荷重下に試験される試料上に置かれる。摩耗車輪と回転支持板の組み合わせが、被覆硬度によれば幾分重要な摩耗クラウンを試料上に作る。
− 被覆されたガラス板の重量が測定される:Wtpainted glass。
− 被覆されていない同一のガラス板の重量もまた測定される:Wtglass。
− 被覆自身の重量が次いで計算される:Wtpaint=Wtpainted glass−Wtglass。
− 「ペイント比」P.R.もまた計算される。本発明の好適な実施態様ではペイント比は略1〜2重量%であることができる。
− かかる被覆ガラス板の10cm×10cmの正方形の試料が次いで準備され、重量測定される:Wtpainted試料。
− 同じ試料が次いで、500gで各々負荷された二つの車輪CS10による1000回転の摩耗試験に供された後に重量測定される:Wttested試料。被覆は摩耗クラウン(すなわち2−Dドーナツ形状)により除去される。
− 除去される被覆の量は次いで計算されることができる。

Claims (10)
- ガラス板の少なくとも一方の表面上に設けられたエナメルの被覆を持つガラス板において、被覆が、重量%で表わすと11〜25%の有機物質を含むこと、被覆がガラス板と直接接触していること、及び被覆がガラス板の全表面の90%以上に渡って及ぶことを特徴とするガラス板。
- 被覆が顔料及びガラスフリットを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス板。
- 被覆の有機物質が、ポリオール、アルキド、アクリル、ポリアクリル、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、アクリルアミド、メラミン、ポリカーボネート、アクリル−スチレン、ビニル−アクリル、ウレタン、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ウレタンアルキド、ポリウレア、アミノ樹脂、ポリアミド、エポキシ、エポキシエステル、フェノール樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、PVC、PVB、水系樹脂、及び光硬化性化学物質の反応生成物からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つの物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガラス板。
- 被覆の有機物質がポリオール及びメラミンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のガラス板。
- 被覆の厚さが10〜150μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のガラス板。

- ガラス板が、ガラス板から遠い側のエナメルの被覆の上に被覆された追加の被覆を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のガラス板。
- ガラス板が熱処理可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のガラス板。
- 被覆の有機物質が少なくとも20℃の軟化温度を持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のガラス板。
- 熱処理可能なラッカー塗りされたガラス板を製造するための方法であって、以下の工程を以下の順序で含むことを特徴とする方法:
− ガラス板を準備する;
− 重量%で表わすと11〜25%の有機物質を含むエナメルの被覆を、ガラス板の少なくとも一方の表面上に付与する、但し被覆はガラス板の全表面の90%以上に渡って及ぶ;及び
− エナメルが硬化されかつガラスに粘着するがまだ融解または焼結されないように被覆を硬化する。
