Description
回転体の外周面の所定の周方向区分に、湾曲された、または湾曲可能な、ナノ構造スタンプのスタンプネガ型(スタンプの反転型)を位置固定するステップ、
湾曲されたスタンプネガ型に成形可能なスタンプ型材料を被着させるステップ、
凹状に湾曲され、ナノ構造化されたスタンプ面を形成するためにスタンプ型材料をスタンプ支持体に固着するように成形するステップ、および
スタンプ型材料を硬化させるステップ
を有している。
作業室内に配置された型押しロール収容部に、外周面を有する型押し層を備えた回転体を収容するステップ、および
スタンプ収容部に収容されたナノ構造スタンプを用いて、外周面の周方向で継ぎ目のなしに形成された周面リングをステップ&リピート法で型押しするステップ。

Claims (4)
- 外周面(13o)に少なくとも1つの周方向リング(15,15’)を継ぎ目なしに型押しするための凹状に湾曲された、ナノ構造化されスタンプ面(7f)を備えるナノ構造スタンプ(1)を製造するための、型押しロール(16)の回転体(5)の使用であって、前記ナノ構造スタンプ(1)は、スタンプ支持体(11)を有し、該スタンプ支持体(11)に前記スタンプ面(7f)を含むスタンプ型(7)が結合されていることを特徴とする、型押しロール(16)の回転体(5)の使用。
- ナノ構造部を連続型押しするための型押しロール(16)を製造するナノ構造スタンプ(1)の製造方法であって、以下のステップ、特に以下の経過を有している、すなわち、
回転体(5)の外周面(5o)の所定の周方向区分に、湾曲された、または湾曲可能な、ナノ構造スタンプ(1)のスタンプネガ型(9)を位置固定するステップと、
前記湾曲されたスタンプネガ型(9)に成形可能なスタンプ型材料(10)を被着させるステップと、
凹状に湾曲された、ナノ構造化されたスタンプ面(7f)を形成するために、前記スタンプ型材料(10)をスタンプ支持体(11)に固着するように成形するステップと、
前記スタンプ型材料(10)を硬化させるステップと
を有する、ナノ構造スタンプ(1)の製造方法。 - 前記周方向区分は、前記外周面(5o)の周面の半分よりも短く、特に3分の1よりも短く、有利には4分の1よりも短く延びている、請求項2記載の方法。
- 回転体(5)として、前記型押しロール(16)を使用する、請求項2または3記載の方法。
