Claims (13)
- 1つまたは複数の電気的な層を基板上にパターン形成するステップ、
前記パターン化された基板を三次元の起伏に成形するステップであって、前記起伏が、前記電気的な層の1つまたは複数の感知領域内で、あるいはそれに隣接して有意な勾配の変化を含む、ステップ、および
前記成形された基板をオーバーモールディングするステップを含む基板の処理方法であって、
前記成形および/またはオーバーモールディングステップにおいて前記1つまたは複数の感知領域における、あるいはそれに隣接した前記電気的な層内のトレースの劣化を、
前記トレースの幅が、>0.2mmである、
前記トレースの層の厚さまたは数が、二重または三重の層である、
前記トレースの曲げ半径が、前記基板の厚さの少なくとも2倍である、
前記トレースの材料が、導電性が高く、延性があり、および/または前記基板に対して高い接着力を有する銀ペーストである、および/または、
前記トレースの上にあるプライマーオーバー層が、第1の電気的な層上の第1の透明なプライマー層、前記第1の透明なプライマー層上の第2の電気的な層、および前記第2の電気的な層上の第2の透明なプライマー層を備える、
のうちの少なくとも2つに基づいて最小限にする方法。 - 前記第2の透明なプライマー層上に第3の電気的な層をパターン形成するステップをさらに含み、前記第1、第2および第3の電気的な層が、実質的に異なる電気的機能を目的として構成され、前記第1の電気的な層が、少なくとも部分的に透明である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の電気的な層が、接地された遮蔽層であり、前記第3の電気的な層が、エレクトロルミネッセント(EL)、交流電流エレクトロルミネッセント(ACEL)層、直流エレクトロルミネッセント(DCEL)層または有機LED(OLED)層である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記基板が、>0.25mm、または0.175から0.5mmの間である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ステップが、通常のまたは逆向き構成の高圧熱形成ステップである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オーバーモールディングステップが、通常のまたは逆向き構成のフィルムインサート成形ステップであり、>1mmまたは0.8から5mmの熱可塑性層を射出成形するステップを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オーバーモールドされた基板が、タッチおよび/または近接センサを含むデータ入力装置である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記タッチおよび/または近接センサが、前記感知領域の照明、センサの質量/重量の閾値、剛性/戻り止め、粘性/減衰、前記感知領域の表面の粗さ/質感、パルス、波形、振動およびそれらの任意の組み合わせから成る群から選択される触感フィードバックを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記電気的な層から制御装置への相互接続を形成するステップをさらに含み、前記相互接続が、
導電性のインク回路またはピグテール、
外観面に対して平行および/または近接した、側壁上の異方性の導電性フィルム接着剤と、
圧縮負荷を有する外観面対して平行および/または近接した、側壁上の異方性の導電性フィルム接着剤、
装飾面の裏の異方性の導電フィルム接着剤、
エラストマー性の締め具を有する装飾面の裏の異方性の導電フィルム接着剤、
外観面に対して直交するおよび/または近接した、側壁上の異方性の導電フィルム接着剤、
装飾面の裏のエラストマー性のコネクタ、および
外観面に対して平行または近接した、側壁上のエラストマー性のコネクタから成る群から選択される請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 制御装置および、
請求項9によって作製された三次元の起伏が付けられたオーバーモールド基板を備えるデータ入力装置であって、
前記相互接続が、前記電気的な層を前記制御装置に接続するように構成され、前記感知領域が、前記制御装置にユーザ入力を提供するように構成される、装置。 - 前記三次元の起伏が付けられたオーバーモールド基板が、特定の表面の特徴を含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記表面の特徴が、抗菌性、疎油性および/または疎水性である、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記表面の特徴が、フィルムの適用、噴霧の適用、または混合材を組み込むことである、請求項12に記載の装置。
