Description
存在し、前記Cu化合物の粒子のうち50%以上がCu 2 Oとして存在することを特徴とするものである。
界に存在することにより、主相である結晶の粒成長を抑制し微細結晶からなる組織形態とすることができるとともに、結晶粒界の破壊の伝播を抑制することができるため、強度の向上したフェライト焼結体とすることができる。また、Cu化合物の粒子のうち50%以上がCu 2 Oとして存在することにより、より酸性めっき液への耐食性が向上し、フェライト焼結体の強度をより高く維持できる。

Claims (7)
- Cuの含有量がCuO換算で1モル%以上10モル%以下であり、Fe,Zn,Ni,CuおよびOを含むスピネル構造の結晶が主相として存在するとともに、平均粒径が0.5μm以上10μm以下であるCu化合物の粒子が結晶粒界に存在し、前記Cu化合物の粒子のうち50%以上がCu 2 Oとして存在することを特徴とするフェライト焼結体。
- 前記主相に含まれるCuの濃度Xと、前記Cu化合物に含まれるCuの濃度Yとの比率X/Yが0.1以上0.33以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 前記主相を構成する成分100質量%に対し、Ca,SiおよびPの酸化物をそれぞれCaO,SiO2およびP2O5に換算した値の合計で0.005質量%以上0.1質量%以下含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 前記主相を構成するCu以外の成分組成が、FeをFe2O3換算で40モル%以上50モル%以下、ZnをZnO換算で15モル%以上35モル%以下およびNiをNiO換算で10モル%以上30モル%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 前記主相を構成する成分100質量%に対し、TiをTiO2換算で0.5質量%以下(0質量%を含まず)含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 前記結晶粒界にZn化合物が存在することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体に金属線を巻きつけてなることを特徴とするノイズフィルタ。
