ヘキサキス(メトキシエチルアミノ)トリシクロホスフェン(HMEAT)を、10.04g(28.9mmol)の塩化ホスホニトリル三量体を、200mLのトルエンおよび100mLのトリエチルアミンと共に1Lの丸底フラスコに加えることによって調製した。その溶液を、すべての固形物が溶解するまで撹拌し、その時点で、26.01g(346mmol)の2−メトキシエチルアミンをゆっくり加えた。これにより殆ど直ちに溶液中に白色沈殿物が生じた。その試料をそのまま4日間還流させた。次いで、その溶液を室温まで冷却し、その固形物を濾別し、トルエンで洗浄した。有機物を混ぜ合わせ、溶媒および過剰の塩基を減圧下で蒸発させ、黄色のゲルとしての生成物(13.61g、81.3%の収率)を残した。1H(500MHz,THF−d8)δ3.45(t,2H)、3.33(s,3H)、3.05(br s,2H)。31P(200MHz,CD2Cl2)δ18.15。その反応は次のように示される。

前記樹脂は、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリスチレン、ポリアリールエーテル、ポリアリールスルホン、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリアクリレート、ポリビニルアセタール、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、アミノ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、フェノキシ樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、フェニレンオキシド樹脂、ポリスチレンとアクリロニトリルの共重合体、酢酸ビニル共重合体、アクリレート共重合体、アルキッド樹脂、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体、スチレン−アルキッド樹脂、ポリビニルカルバゾール、アクリルポリオール、ポリエーテルポリオール、ポリエステルポリオール、およびそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする組成物。 - 基材と、
