Claims (6)
- 厚み方向両側へ突出する翼部を有するウエハを用いて樹脂製チューブを溶断及び溶着するように構成されたチューブ溶断溶着装置において、
互いに水平方向に並んで配置され、上記チューブを所定高さで保持する第1及び第2チューブホルダと、
上記第1及び第2チューブホルダを互いに接離する方向に移動させるチューブホルダ駆動手段と、
上記ウエハを加熱して上記チューブの溶融温度以上とするための加熱手段と、
上記ウエハを保持するキャリッジと、
上記キャリッジを上記チューブホルダの並び方向に交差する方向に水平移動させることによって上記ウエハを上記チューブホルダ間へ移動させるように構成されたキャリッジ駆動手段と、
上記チューブホルダ、上記チューブホルダ駆動手段及び上記キャリッジ駆動手段が取り付けられる装置本体とを備え、
上記キャリッジは、上記キャリッジ駆動手段に連結して駆動力が伝達される本体部と、上記ウエハを、上記チューブの中心線に交差して延びる姿勢となるように保持するウエハ保持部材と、上記ウエハ保持部材を上記本体部に対し上下方向に変位可能にフローティング状態で支持する支持部材とを備え、
上記装置本体における上記ウエハ保持部材の下方には、該ウエハ保持部材の高さを調整するための高さ調整機構が設けられていることを特徴とするチューブ溶断溶着装置。 - 請求項1に記載のチューブ溶断溶着装置において、
上記支持部材は、弾性体であることを特徴とするチューブ溶断溶着装置。 - 請求項2に記載のチューブ溶断溶着装置において、
上記弾性体は、板バネであり、
上記板バネの端部側が上記キャリッジの本体部に固定され、上記ウエハ保持部材は該板バネの中間部に固定されていることを特徴とするチューブ溶断溶着装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のチューブ溶断溶着装置において、
上記高さ調整機構は、上下方向に移動して上記キャリッジのウエハ保持部材を上下方向に変位させるための調整ピンを備え、
上記調整ピンは、上記第1及び第2チューブホルダに設定されたチューブ保持部の直下方に配置されていることを特徴とするチューブ溶断溶着装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のチューブ溶断溶着装置において、
上記キャリッジのウエハ保持部材には、上記高さ調整機構が下方から接する接触面を有する当接部材が結合され、
上記接触面におけるキャリッジの移動方向の外縁部には、該接触面から離れるに従って上に位置するように傾斜する傾斜面が連なっていることを特徴とするチューブ溶断溶着装置。 - 請求項3に記載のチューブ溶断溶着装置において、
上記キャリッジの本体部には、上下方向に貫通する貫通孔が形成され、該貫通孔に上記ウエハ保持部材が挿入され、
上記板バネは、上記本体部の貫通孔の下端開口を覆うように該本体部の下面に取り付けられ、
上記板バネの下面には、上記高さ調整機構が接する当接部材が設けられ、
上記当接部材の外形状は、上記貫通孔の下端開口よりも小さく設定されていることを特徴とするチューブ溶断溶着装置。
