本発明による物品は、ソーダ石灰ロール成形型平板ガラスの連続生産のために意図された設備中で得られた。この設備は、溶融炉、ローリング装置、及び冷却ステーションを含む。溶融状態のガラスは、溶融炉からローリング装置中へ、リボン形状で注入され、そこでガラスは、二つの重ねられたローラーの間を通過させられた。一方のローラーは、平滑であり、他方のローラーは、印刷されたパターンを彫刻されていた。この印刷されたパターンは、水平リボンの下側に面するガラスの単一表面に再現された。ガラスがローリング装置を通過させられた後、ガラスリボンは、4mmの平均厚さ(3.5〜4.5mm)を有していた。次に、ガラスリボンは、710℃の温度及び約3.7m/分の一定速度で幅2mの線状バーナーを通過させられた。バーナーは、水素及び酸素を供給されて、前記バーナーの出口で火炎を生成した。これは、120mmの距離で、型押しされていない側のガラスシートの上に配置された。メタノール中に溶解された非水和硝酸アルミニウムAl(NO3)3・9H2O(アルミニウム/メタノールの重量希釈比=1/60、流量=1000ml/分)を含む溶液が、火炎中に供給された。続いて、ガラスシートは、冷却ステーションを通過させられ、そこでロール成形型平板ガラスについて通常使用される条件で、制御された態様で冷却された。
Claims (9)
- 以下のものを含むことを特徴とする、一枚の平板ガラスから得られるガラス物品:
(i)ガラスの少なくとも一方の表面の近くのガラスの本体において、ガラスの前記少なくとも一方の表面の下に拡散された少なくとも一種の抗菌剤;及び
(ii)物品のガラスの前記少なくとも一方の表面の下に、前記少なくとも一方の表面から近い距離で位置され、かつ無機化合物から形成されたナノ粒子であって、前記無機化合物が酸化アルミニウムである、ナノ粒子。 - 抗菌剤が、以下の元素:銀(Ag)、銅(Cu)、錫(Sn)、及び亜鉛(Zn)から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 抗菌剤が銀(Ag)元素であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の物品。
- ナノ粒子が少なくとも部分的に結晶化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の物品。
- ナノ粒子が完全に結晶化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の物品。
- ナノ粒子の寸法が2〜1000nmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の物品。
- ナノ粒子の寸法が10〜500nmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 物品が、抗菌特性並びに強化ガラスの特性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 物品のガラスが、一枚のソーダ石灰平板ガラスから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の物品。
