Description
自動変速機の発進時制御方法。
(b) 発進摩擦締結要素31が完全に解放されていない(Dレンジが選択される前に選択されていたNレンジの選択時間が発進摩擦締結要素31を解放するのに要する所定時間以下で、かつ、Nレンジが選択される前のレンジがDレンジ)。
(c) エンジン1の回転速度Neが所定回転速度以上である。
Claims (7)
- 自動変速機であって、
複数の摩擦板とこれらを押し付けるための油圧ピストンとで構成され、ニュートラルレンジで解放されドライブレンジで締結される発進摩擦締結要素と、
レンジが前記ニュートラルレンジから前記ドライブレンジに切り換えられた場合に、前記発進摩擦締結要素への指示油圧を通常油圧まで高めて前記油圧ピストンをストロークさせるプリチャージ油圧制御手段と、
前記レンジが前記ニュートラルレンジから前記ドライブレンジに切り換えられてから前記発進摩擦締結要素が伝達容量を発生し始めるまでの時間が目標時間になるように前記指示油圧を学習制御する学習制御手段と、
運転者の発進意図を検出する発進意図検出手段と、
を備え、
前記発進摩擦締結要素が伝達容量を発生し始める前に前記発進意図が検出された場合、前記プリチャージ油圧制御手段は、前記発進摩擦締結要素への指示油圧を前記通常油圧よりも高い発進時油圧まで高めるとともに、前記学習制御手段は、前記学習制御を禁止する、
自動変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の自動変速機であって、
前記発進摩擦締結要素に供給される油圧はエンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプによって生成され、
前記プリチャージ油圧制御手段は、前記エンジンの回転速度が高いほど前記発進時油圧を低くする、
自動変速機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の自動変速機であって、
前記プリチャージ油圧制御手段は、前記自動変速機の油温が低いほど前記発進時油圧を高くする、
自動変速機。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の自動変速機であって、
前記発進摩擦締結要素に供給される油圧はエンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプによって生成され、
前記プリチャージ油圧制御手段は、前記エンジンの回転速度が所定の高回転速度よりも高い場合は、前記発進摩擦締結要素への指示油圧を前記発進時油圧まで高めることは行わず、前記通常油圧に留める、
自動変速機。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の自動変速機であって、
前記発進摩擦締結要素に供給される油圧はエンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプによって生成され、
前記プリチャージ油圧制御手段は、前記エンジンの始動直後は、前記発進摩擦締結要素への指示油圧を前記発進時油圧まで高めることは行わず、前記通常油圧に留める、
自動変速機。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の自動変速機であって、
前記プリチャージ油圧制御手段は、前記レンジが前記ニュートラルレンジから前記ドライブレンジに切り換えられた時に前記発進摩擦締結要素が完全に解放されていない場合は、前記発進摩擦締結要素への指示油圧を前記発進時油圧まで高めることは行わず、前記通常油圧に留める、
自動変速機。 - 複数の摩擦板とこれらを押し付けるための油圧ピストンとで構成され、ニュートラルレンジで解放されドライブレンジで締結される発進摩擦締結要素を備えた自動変速機の発進時制御方法であって、
レンジが前記ニュートラルレンジから前記ドライブレンジに切り換えられた場合に、前記発進摩擦締結要素への指示油圧を通常油圧まで高めて前記油圧ピストンをストロークさせるプリチャージ油圧制御手順と、
前記レンジが前記ニュートラルレンジから前記ドライブレンジに切り換えられてから前記発進摩擦締結要素が伝達容量を発生し始めるまでの時間が目標時間になるように前記指示油圧を学習制御する学習制御手順と、
運転者の発進意図を検出する発進意図検出手順と、
を含み、
前記発進摩擦締結要素が伝達容量を発生し始める前に前記発進意図が検出された場合、前記プリチャージ油圧制御手順は、前記発進摩擦締結要素への指示油圧を前記通常油圧よりも高い発進時油圧まで高めるとともに、前記学習制御手順は、前記学習制御を禁止する、
