Claims (4)
- ロッド状の一方部材と、この一方部材が摺動自在に挿入される他方部材と、上記一方部材の摺動を阻止するストロークロック手段とを備える懸架装置において、
上記ストロークロック手段は、上記一方部材外周と上記他方部材内周との間に形成される筒状のストロークロック室と、このストロークロック室の両側に配置されて上記一方部材外周に摺接し上記ストロークロック室の両側開口を封止する一対の環状の弾性シールと、上記ストロークロック室に連通するポンプとを備え、
上記ポンプは、上記ストロークロック室の内圧を変更することで、上記弾性シールを圧縮変形、および復元させることを特徴とする懸架装置。 - 上記一方部材を軸支する軸受部材が上記ストロークロック室内に配置されると共に、上記ストロークロック室に潤滑液が収容されてなり、上記ポンプで上記ストロークロック室内に上記潤滑液を給排することにより、上記ストロークロック室の内圧を変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の懸架装置。
- 一方若しくは両方の上記弾性シールが上記ストロークロック室に対向する面側に周方向に沿う溝を有して断面U字状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の懸架装置。
- インナーチューブとこのインナーチューブが摺動自在に挿入されるアウターチューブとからなる緩衝器本体と、上記インナーチューブと上記アウターチューブの相対回転を防止する相対回転阻止手段とを備えてなり、
上記相対回転阻止手段が、上記インナーチューブに平行に固定されるガイドロッドと、上記アウターチューブに固定されると共に上記ガイドロッドが貫通しこのガイドロッドを摺動自在に軸支するガイド部材とを備え、
上記一方部材が上記ガイドロッド、上記他方部材が他方部材であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の緩衝装置。
