Claims (1)
- 流動床式ガス化炉に設けられた粒子投入部から当該流動床式ガス化炉内に流動粒子を供給する流動粒子供給装置であって、
前記流動粒子を受け入れるための開口部を有して当該開口部から水平方向に離れた位置の前記粒子投入部まで延びる筒状の周壁を備え、前記粒子投入部側が前記開口部側よりも上方位置となるように傾斜しているコンベアケーシングと、
前記コンベアケーシングの内部に回転可能に収容され、その回転によって前記開口部から当該コンベアケーシング内に供給された流動粒子を前記粒子投入部まで搬送可能なスクリュー軸と、
前記開口部の上側に配置され、その内部に前記流動粒子が充填可能であると共にその充填された流動粒子を前記コンベアケーシング内の流動粒子上に積み上げるように当該コンベアケーシング内に前記開口部から供給する流動粒子貯留部と、
前記スクリュー軸を回転駆動する駆動部と、
少なくとも前記開口部周辺のコンベアケーシング内が流動粒子に満たされ且つその上側に流動粒子貯留部内の流動粒子が積み上げられるように前記駆動部を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記流動粒子貯留部は、内部に貯留された流動粒子の上端位置を検出可能なレベル計を有し、
前記制御部は、前記レベル計によって検出される前記流動粒子の上端位置が所定の高さ位置より低くなると前記駆動部を停止させる、流動粒子供給装置。
