Description
Claims (15)
- オンデマンドで個別調整包装材を作成する方法であって、
パッケージ内に含ませる1つ以上の品目を特定するステップと、
情報ストアにアクセスし、前記1つ以上の品目の各々について、前記1つ以上の品目の寸法情報を引き出すステップと、
前記1つ以上の品目をモデル配置に配置するステップであって、前記情報ストアから引き出した前記寸法情報を用いて、前記1つ以上の品目を配置するステップと、
前記モデル配置にしたがって前記1つ以上の品目を配置し位置付けるときに、前記1つ以上の品目に特定的に合わせたサイズに作られる個別調整パッケージ型板を生産するために使用可能な前記モデル配置の寸法を計算するステップと、
を備えている、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、更に、
前記1つ以上の品目の要求を受けるステップを備えている、方法。 - 請求項2記載の方法であって、更に、
前記1つ以上の品目の前記モデル配置について計算した前記寸法に基づいて、包装材型板を立案するステップを備えている、方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、更に、前記モデル配置の前記計算した寸法に基づいて前記包装材生産機械が包装材型板を立案するために、前記寸法を包装材機械(packaging machine)に送るステップを備えている、方法。
- 請求項4記載の方法において、前記モデル配置を最適化するステップが、
前記1つ以上の品目の体積、
前記モデル配置の体積、
前記個別調整包装材の表面積、
郵送、出荷、または取り扱いコスト、または
最も大きな最小寸法の内、
1つ以上を用いて前記モデル配置を評価するステップを含む、方法。 - 請求項5記載の方法において、前記1つ以上の品目をモデル配置に配置するステップが、
複数のモデル配置を発案するステップと、
特定のモデル配置を選択するステップと、
前記特定のモデル配置の寸法を計算するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、前記情報ストアが、
前記1つ以上の品目の寸法と、
前記1つ以上の品目と他の品目を重ね合わせることができるか否かと、
ある品目を他の品目と重ね合わせることができるとき、重ね合わせエリアの寸法と、
を特定する、方法。 - コンピュータ実行可能命令を格納してある1つ以上のコンピュータ読み取り可能記憶媒体であって、前記命令がプロセッサによって実行されると、請求項1記載の方法を計算システムに実行させる、1つ以上のコンピュータ読み取り可能記憶媒体。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実行するように装備され、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実行する個別調整エンジンと通信する包装材機械であって、更に、前記モデル配置について計算された寸法に対応する包装材型板を生産するように構成されている、包装材機械。
- 包装材のオンデマンド作成および個別調整システムであって、
多数の異なる品目についての寸法属性を含む情報ストアが格納されている1つ以上のコンピュータ記憶媒体と、
前記情報ストアと通信するように結合されている包装材個別調整エンジンと、
を備えており、前記包装材個別調整エンジンが、
複数の品目に合わせて個別調整した包装材の要求を受け、前記複数の品目の各々を前記情報ストアにおいて特定し、
前記情報ストアにアクセスし、前記複数の品目の各々についての前記寸法属性を引き出し、
前記複数の品目の全てのモデル配置を案出するために、前記寸法属性を用い、
前記モデル配置の全体的寸法を計算する、
ように構成されている、システム。 - 請求項10記載のシステムにおいて、前記包装材個別調整エンジンが、更に、前記モデル配置の前記全体的寸法に基づいて、パッケージ型板を立案するように構成されている、システム。
- 請求項10および11のいずれかに記載のシステムにおいて、モデル配置を発案するために前記寸法属性を用いるステップが、三次元モデル配置を発案する際に、前記情報ストアからの三次元情報を用いるステップを含む、システム。
- あらゆる品目の集合体に合わせて個別調整した箱を自動的に作成するオンデマンド箱立案および生産システムであって、
1つ以上のプロセッサと、
異なる品目についての寸法属性の情報ストアを設ける少なくとも1つのコンピュータ読み取り可能記憶媒体であって、前記寸法属性が、前記異なる品目についての三次元サイズ情報を含む、少なくとも1つのコンピュータ読み取り可能記憶媒体と、
前記1つ以上のプロセッサによって実行可能な包装材個別調整エンジンと、
を備えており、前記包装材個別調整エンジンが、
複数の品目を纏めて箱詰めする要求を受け、前記複数の品目の各々が、前記情報ストアに格納されている、対応する寸法情報を有し、
前記情報ストアにアクセスし、前記複数の品目の各々についての三次元サイズ情報を引き出し、
前記複数の品目のモデル配置を最適化し、前記モデル配置の最適化が、前記複数の品目の各々を含む仮想モデルを発案するために、前記複数の品目の前記三次元サイズ情報を用いることを含み、
前記複数の品目の前記三次元サイズ情報を用いて、前記仮想モデルの寸法を計算し、
以下の内1つを実行する、
前記複数の品目を前記仮想モデルに対応するやり方で物理的に位置付けるときに、前記複数の品目を収容するサイズに作られる箱型板の立案のために、包装材生産機械に、前記計算した寸法を送信し、
前記複数の品目を前記仮想モデルに対応するやり方で物理的に位置付けるときに、前記複数の品目を収容するサイズとした箱型板を立案する、システム。 - 請求項13記載のシステムにおいて、更に、包装材型板を段ボールから作成するように動作可能な包装材生産機械を含む、前記オンデマンド箱立案および生産システム。
- 請求項13および14のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記モデル配置の最適化が、自動的に、
多数の配置を発案し、
所望の拘束を満たす特定のモデル配置を選択することを含む、システム。
