Claims (18)
- R’3、R’4、R’5、およびR’6が、独立して、アリールまたはヘテロアリールである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- R’4が、ジベンゾ−1,4−アザボリン環の窒素原子に結合したフェニル基において前記窒素原子に結合した炭素原子に対してオルト位に位置するアリールまたはヘテロアリール置換を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の化合物。
- アノードと;
カソードと;
アノードとカソードとの間に配置された有機層と
を含み、前記有機層が、式:
(式中、R’3 は1、2、または3置換を表し;
R’4 は、1、2、3、4、または5置換を表し;
R’5、およびR’6は、独立に、1、2、3、または4置換を表し;
R’1 およびR’2 は、アリールおよびヘテロアリールから独立して選択され;
R’3、R’4、R’5およびR’6は、水素、アルキル、アルコキシ、アミノ、アルケニル、アルキニル、アリール、およびヘテロアリールから独立して選択され;
前記アリールまたはヘテロアリール基は、縮合しているか又は縮合していないアリールまたはヘテロアリール環である。)

- 前記有機層がブロッキング層であり、前記化合物がブロッキング材料である、請求項9に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記有機層が発光層であり、式IIで表される化合物がホストである、請求項6に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記有機層が発光層であり、前記化合物がホストである、請求項9に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記有機層が、発光ドーパントをさらに含む、請求項13又は14に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記有機層が発光層であり、式IIで表される化合物が蛍光発光体である、請求項6に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記有機層が発光層であり、前記化合物が蛍光発光体である、請求項9に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 請求項6〜17のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイスを含む消費者製品。
