Claims (10)
- 複列の軌道面を有する内輪と、この内輪の軌道面と対応する複列の軌道面を有する外輪と、内輪および外輪の各列の軌道面間に、それぞれ異なるピッチ円直径をもって介装される複列の玉群とを備えたタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受であって、
荷重無負荷時において、小径列側にのみ玉群のボールを収容したときの組幅を、大径列側にのみ玉群のボールを収容したときの組幅よりも大きくした内輪及び外輪を有し、荷重負荷時においては、小径列側にのみ玉群のボールを収容したときの組幅と大径列側にのみ玉群のボールを収容したときの組幅とを同一にした内輪及び外輪となることを特徴とするタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。 - 複列の軌道面を有する内輪と、この内輪の軌道面と対応する複列の軌道面を有する外輪と、内輪および外輪の各列の軌道面間に、それぞれ異なるピッチ円直径をもって介装される複列の玉群とを備えたタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受であって、
荷重無負荷時において、小径列側にのみ玉群のボールを収容したときの組幅を、大径列側にのみ玉群のボールを収容したときの組幅よりも大きくした内輪及び外輪を有し、荷重負荷時においては、小径列側にのみ玉群のボールを収容したときの軸方向弾性変位量と、大径列側にのみ玉群のボールを収容したときの軸方向弾性変位量とを同一にした内輪及び外輪となることを特徴とするタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。 - 小径列側にのみ玉群のボールを収容したときの軸方向弾性変位量と、大径列側にのみ玉群のボールを収容したときの軸方向弾性変位量とを、少なくとも、ボール径、初期接触角、内輪の軌道面の曲率、および外輪の軌道面の曲率を含むパラメータに基づいて、同一にしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 保持器材料が、ポリアミド、ポリフェニレンサルファイト、およびポリエーテルエーテルケトンから選ばれた少なくとも一種類からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 保持器には強化材が充填され、その充填率を30%以上としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記ボールをセラミックス製としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 内輪、外輪、およびボールのうち少なくともいずれか1つの部材に窒化処理を施したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 内輪、外輪、およびボールのうち少なくともいずれか1つの部材に結晶粒微細化強化を施したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 内輪、外輪、およびボールのうち少なくともいずれか1つの部材が浸炭鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受であって、デファレンシャルケースと、このデファレンシャルケース内に配置される差動減速機構と、差動減速機構のリングギヤに噛合するピニオンギヤと、ピニオンギヤを支持するピニオン軸とを備えたデファレンシャル装置に用いられることを特徴とするタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
