Description
前記サブフレームは、非接触エネルギー伝送用の充電モジュールを前記補強構造に組み込むことができるように構成されていることを特徴とする。
詳細には、本発明の自動車のフロントボディまたはリヤボディのサブフレームは、自動車の左右方向に互いに距離をおいて配置されるとともに、少なくとも1本のクロスメンバを介して互いに接続されている、2本のサイドメンバを有している。このサブフレームは、ねじり剛性を向上させるための補強構造を有している。この補強構造の部分には、非接触でエネルギーを伝送するための充電モジュールを組み込むことができるようになっている。

Claims (6)
- 自動車のフロントボディまたはリヤボディのサブフレーム(1)であって、このサブフレーム(1)は、自動車の左右方向に互いに距離をおいて配置されるとともに少なくとも1本のクロスメンバ(3)を介して互いに接続されている2本のサイドメンバ(2)と、ねじり剛性を向上させるための補強構造(4)とを有し、
前記サブフレーム(1)は、非接触エネルギー伝送用の充電モジュール(5)を前記補強構造(4)に組み込むことができるように構成されており、
充電モジュール(5)は、シールド板(5a)とコイルユニット(5b)とを有し、
コイルユニット(5b)は、組付けた状態においてシールド板(5a)よりも下側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする自動車のサブフレーム。 - 補強構造(4)は、充電モジュール(5)が少なくとも部分的に埋設されるオープンスペース(4a)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動車のサブフレーム。
- シールド板(5a)が補強構造(4)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の自動車のサブフレーム。
- シールド板(5a)とコイルユニット(5b)との間に解放要素(5c)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の自動車のサブフレーム。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の自動車のサブフレームを具備した自動車であって、
充電モジュール(5)が電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に接続されていることを特徴とする自動車。 - エネルギー貯蔵装置が走行用のメイン・バッテリとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の自動車。
