Description
実施例に使用した化合物は以下のとおりである:
−PA66:Rhodia社によりStabamid(商標)27AE1の名称で販売されているポリアミド66。
−サイズが約1cm3であるエアバッグ残渣。使用されるエアバッグはその耐用寿命が終わった廃棄物であり、細片に粉砕され、ポリアミド66が主成分であり、片面が架橋シリコーンによりコーティングされている。これらの残渣は、固定された一列のナイフを含むHerboldミルで粉砕して得られる。シリコーンポリマーの含量は10重量%である。
−微粒子化され、次いで100μmの格子でふるわれた、粒径分布d50が100μmであるエアバッグ残渣粉体。シリコーンポリマーの含量は10重量%である。
−Eタイプ標準ガラス繊維。
−添加剤:熱安定剤及び酸化防止剤。
実験は、Leistritz laboratory二軸押出機で実施した(スクリュー直径Dは34mm、軸の間隔は30mm、長さは35mmである)。
Claims (9)
- 加熱せずにまたは溶融状態で、ポリアミド材料を安全エアバッグ残渣の粉体と混合する少なくとも一工程を含む、ポリアミド組成物を製造する方法であって、
前記残渣が、シリコーン系コーティングを含むポリアミドをベースとするものであり、
前記粉体が、AFNOR規格ISO13320−1に準拠したレーザー散乱測定によって測定した時に50〜400μmの範囲の粒径分布D50を有するマイクロメートル単位の粉体である、前記方法。 - 前記粉体が、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、又はポリウレタンを主成分とする安全エアバッグから得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粉体が、球形の粒子及び/又は繊維状粒子を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記混合が加熱せずに実施され、次いで混合物の溶融が起こることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合が加熱しながら実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物の総重量に対して、0.5重量%〜70重量%の残渣が混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミド材料が、バージンポリアミド細粒の形態で、又は強化充填剤若しくは増量剤及び他の添加剤を含む細粒の形態で、前記残渣に加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維状充填剤、並びに強化充填剤又は増量剤も加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ガラス繊維、カーボンファイバー、及びアラミド繊維から選択される繊維状充填剤、並びに粘土、カオリン、マイカ、珪灰石、及びシリカから選択される非繊維状無機充填剤からなる群から選択される強化充填剤又は増量剤も加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
