透水係数の測定は、内径4.99cm、長さ9.83cmの透水円筒を用いて定水位法により、水位差9.0cm、測定時間270分にて透水量を5回測定し、透水係数を求めた。

透気係数はガス洩れ検知に必要な透気係数1×10-1cm/secを充分にクリアーした値が得られた。また、透水係数も侵入水を通過させ背面水圧の軽減を図ることができるものであった。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも普通ポルトランドセメント、混和材、水および起泡剤を混錬した気泡モルタル混練物であって、混和材は石灰石粉末とセルロース粉末とを重量比1:0.0005〜0.002の割合で含有し、セメントと混和材の重量比は1:0.3〜2.5であり、空気量は40体積%〜75体積%であり、固結した後では連続気泡となり、透気性や透水性を有する固結体となる気泡モルタル混練物。
- ポリカルボン酸系高性能減水剤、メラミンスルホン酸系遅延剤および事後発泡剤としての金属アルミニウム粉末を添加した請求項1に記載の気泡モルタル混練物。
- 混練製造した請求項1または2に記載の気泡モルタル混練物を、シールド工及びずい道トンネル内の所定箇所に圧送し注入充填することを特徴とするシールド工やずい道トンネル内の中詰め注入充填工法。
