Claims (2)
- 平板形状の誘電体と、この誘電体を挟むように誘電体の両面に配置される複数枚のプラズマ発生用電極とを具備するプラズマ反応器であって、
前記各プラズマ発生用電極がそれぞれ、排気ガス浄化装置において処理される排気ガスの流れ方向に排気ガスの流れに対面して間隔をあけて配置される、複数の貫通孔を有してなる複数の捕集部を備え、
前記各プラズマ発生用電極において、複数の捕集部を、一枚の網状材をその長手方向に沿って山折りと谷折りとを繰り返すように波状に折り曲げることによりほぼ三角波状に連続して形成し、
貫通孔を有した波形状の捕集部の連続する方向が排気ガス浄化装置において処理される排気ガスの流れ方向に一致しており、複数の捕集部の波形状が排気ガスの流れに対面し、
前記網状材は、その折り線部分が、複数枚の当該プラズマ発生用電極により誘電体を挟んで電圧を印加したときに、電荷が集中する部位となるものであるプラズマ反応器。 - 排気ガスの流れ方向の上流における捕集部の粗さを、その下流における捕集部の粗さより粗くした請求項1記載のプラズマ反応器。
