Claims (11)
- 搬入口(3.1)と搬出口(3.2)との間のキャビティ(3)を介して、可搬材料を搬送する方法において、
被搬送材料を、圧力ポンプ(2)を介して前記キャビティ(3)内に導入した後、前記圧力ポンプ(2)により生成される圧力と、前記キャビティ(3)内に配置され且つ圧力をかけない状態で作動する機械的コンベヤ(4)との組合せによって、被搬送材料を前記キャビティ(3)内で移動させることを特徴とする可搬材料の搬送方法。 - 請求項1に記載の可搬材料の搬送方法において、
当該方法を、可搬材料の反応炉への搬送に使用することを特徴とする可搬材料の搬送方法。 - 請求項2に記載の可搬材料の搬送方法において、
当該方法を、銑鉄生産のための高炉内の圧力ゾーンへの可搬材料の搬送に使用することを特徴とする可搬材料の搬送方法。 - 請求項3に記載の可搬材料の搬送方法において、
搬送路の最終部分においては、搬送が専ら圧力をかけた状態で行われることを特徴とする可搬材料の搬送方法。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の可搬材料の搬送において、
搬送セクション一部において、搬送が、少なくとも搬送媒体によって支持された状態で行われることを特徴とする可搬材料の搬送方法。 - 可搬材料を、圧力ポンプを用いて、搬入口を介してキャビティへ、及び当該キャビティから搬出口を介して搬送する装置において、
圧力をかけない状態で作動する機械的コンベヤ(4)が前記キャビティ(3)に配置され、前記圧力ポンプが前記搬入口の前に配置され、
前記圧力ポンプにより生成される圧力と、前記機械的コンベヤ(4)との組合せによって、被搬送材料を前記キャビティ(3)内で移動させることを特徴とする搬送装置。 - 請求項6に記載の搬送装置において、
前記コンベヤ(4)がスクリューコンベヤであることを特徴とする搬送装置。 - 請求項7に記載の搬送装置において、
前記キャビティ(3)がパイプであり、前記スクリューコンベヤ用の駆動装置(5)及び前記搬出口(3.2)が、前記パイプの同じ端部領域に設けられていることを特徴とする搬送装置。 - 請求項7に記載の搬送装置において、
前記スクリューコンベヤが軸に沿って案内され、当該スクリューコンベヤとその周りのキャビティ壁面との間の半径方向における間隔が、少なくとも、可搬材料が含有し得る最大の硬い部分と同じに大きいことを特徴とする搬送装置。 - 請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の搬送装置において、
前記搬送装置が銑鉄生産用の高炉の圧力ゾーンに通じていることを特徴とする搬送装置。 - 請求項10に記載の搬送装置において、
請求項10に記載の搬送装置と、前記銑鉄生産用の高炉の圧力ゾーンとの間に、専ら圧力をかけた状態で作動する搬送セクションが介在していることを特徴とする搬送装置。
