Claims (11)
- 熱キャリアー回路(10)において、熱キャリアー媒体が第一の熱交換器(12)で第一のプロセス流(14)から熱を吸収し、且つ冷却システム(30)に当該熱を放出し、さらに
冷媒回路(20)において、前記冷却システム(30)で冷媒が冷却され、当該冷媒が第二のプロセス流(24)から第二の熱交換器(22)で熱を吸収するか、又は、
第二のプロセス流(24)が前記冷却システム(30)で冷却される工学プロセスの熱統合の方法であって、
前記第一のプロセス流(14)が熱分離装置からの蒸気流であり、前記熱キャリアー媒体の温度を、第一の熱交換器(12)の出口と冷却システム(30)の入口との間の熱供給により上昇させ、前記熱供給の熱が、熱キャリアー回路(10)に供給される液体または蒸気状の熱媒体(18)により供給されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記冷却システム(30)に入る前の熱キャリアー媒体の温度を、追加の熱交換器(16)の排出量または熱媒体(18)の供給量を変化させて既定値に制御する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却システム(30)から出た後の熱キャリアー媒体の温度を、追加の熱交換器(16)の排出量または熱媒体(18)の供給量を変化させて既定値に制御する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却システム(30)が吸収冷却システムである請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の熱交換器(12)から出る熱キャリアー媒体の温度が80℃〜120℃であり、続く熱キャリアー媒体の温度上昇が0.5℃〜10℃である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のプロセス流(14)が脱着塔からのオーバーヘッド流であり、前記第二のプロセス流(24)が当該脱着塔から抜き出され捕集塔に送られる流体である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記脱着塔から抜き出され前記捕集塔に送られる第二のプロセス流(24)が、10℃より高く、且つ用いる冷却水温より低い範囲の温度に冷却される請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却が、多段方式で、前記脱着塔から抜き出される第二のプロセス流(24)が冷却水を用いる熱交換器で実質的に冷却水温にまで冷却され、次いで、吸収冷却システムからの冷水を用いて運転されている少なくとも一台の熱交換器(22)で、10℃より高く、且つ冷却水温より低い範囲の温度に冷却されることで行われる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記工学プロセスがエチレンオキシド及び/又はエチレングリコールの製造プロセスである請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工学プロセスがエチレンオキシドの製造プロセスであり、脱着塔で、エチレンオキシドを含むスクラビング液が再生され、エチレンオキシドが増加した第一のプロセス流(14)が塔頂から抜き出され、再生されたスクラビング液が第二のプロセス流(24)と同様に多段で冷却され、捕集塔に循環させられ、上記冷却が、15℃〜30℃の範囲、好ましくは18℃〜22℃の範囲の温度で行われる請求項8に記載の方法。
- 蒸気状の熱媒体(18)が前記熱交換器回路(10)に供給され、且つ蒸気状の熱媒体(18)の量を変化させるモデルサポート制御が、供給される熱媒体(18)の量と前記脱着塔の蒸発器へのスチーム供給量の合計を最小化する請求項10に記載の方法。
