Description
金型の型締力を検出する型締力センサと、
該型締力センサの検出値を監視する型締力監視部とを備え、
該型締力監視部は、
射出工程及び保圧工程中の前記検出値の最大値と、射出工程開始時の前記検出値との差に基づいて第1の型開き量を算出し、且つ、保圧工程完了時の前記検出値と、射出工程開始時の前記検出値との差に基づいて第2の型開き量を算出することを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態による射出成形機の型締装置を示す図である。図1は、型締めの状態を示している。型締装置の説明では、型閉じを行う際の可動プラテンの移動方向を前方とし、型開きを行う際の可動プラテンの移動方向を後方として説明する。
図2は、本発明の一実施形態による射出成形機の射出装置を示す図である。射出装置の説明では、型締装置の説明と異なり、樹脂の射出方向を前方とし、樹脂の射出方向とは反対方向を後方として説明する。
図3は、一実施形態による射出成形機の状態を示す各種パラメータの時間変化を示す図である。図3において、横軸は時間を示し、縦軸は型締力、スクリュの位置、スクリュの前進速度(樹脂の射出速度)、スクリュの圧力(樹脂の射出圧)を示す。

Claims (3)
- 金型の型締力を検出する型締力センサと、
該型締力センサの検出値を監視する型締力監視部とを備え、
該型締力監視部は、
射出工程及び保圧工程中の前記検出値の最大値と、射出工程開始時の前記検出値との差に基づいて第1の型開き量を算出し、且つ、保圧工程完了時の前記検出値と、射出工程開始時の前記検出値との差に基づいて第2の型開き量を算出することを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 前記型締力監視部は、算出した前記第1の型開き量および前記第2の型開き量に基づいて、成形品の品質を評価する請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記型締力監視部によって得られる情報を表示する表示部をさらに備える請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機。
