Claims (11)
- 外側管状部材と、
前記外側管状部材内に配置されている内側管状部材(10)であって、本体(12)の長さに沿って延在しているフルート(13)を具備している、前記本体(12)を有している関節鏡視下フライス(11)を含んでいる前記内側管状部材(10)と、
を備えている切除装置において、
前記フルートが、前記フルートの表面縁部に沿って配置されている放物線状の波パターンを含んでいることを特徴とする関節鏡視下切除装置。 - 前記放物線状の波パターンが、前記フルートの長さ全体に沿って延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の関節鏡視下切除装置。
- 前記フライス(11)がフルートを有する先端部をさらに備え、かつ前記先端部の前記フルートの数が、前記本体の前記フルートの数と相違することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の関節鏡視下切除装置。
- 前記本体の前記フルートの数が、前記先端部の前記フルートの数より多いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の関節鏡視下切除装置。
- 前記本体の前記フルートの数が、前記先端部の前記フルートの数より少ないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の関節鏡視下切除装置。
- 前記先端部の前記フルートが、前記フルートの表面縁部に沿って配置されている放物線状の波パターンを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の関節鏡視下切除装置。
- 前記関節鏡視下切除装置が、前記内側管状部材と前記フライスとの間に配置されている移行部分を含んでおり、
前記移行部分が、近位部分とテーパ状の遠位部分とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の関節鏡視下切除装置。 - 前記関節鏡視下切除装置が、前記内側管状部材と前記フライスとの間に配設されている開口部(14)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の関節鏡視下切除装置。
- 前記開口部(14)が、前記内側管状部材の長さに沿って延在している通路(15)に連通していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の関節鏡視下切除装置。
- 外側管状部材と、
前記外側管状部材内に配置されている内側管状部材であって、本体の長さに沿って延在しているフルートを具備している前記本体と、フルートを具備している先端部と、を有している関節鏡視下フライスを含んでいる前記内側管状部材と、
を備えている関節鏡視下切除装置において、
前記先端部の前記フルートの数が、前記本体の前記フルートの数と相違し、前記本体又は前記先端部の前記フルートが、前記フルートの表面縁部に沿って配置されている放物線状の波パターンを含んでいることを特徴とする関節鏡視下切除装置。 - 交互の前記フルートが、前記フルートの表面縁部に沿って配置されている放物線状の波パターンを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の関節鏡視下切除装置。
