Description
a)i)官能基を有する反応性含フッ素化合物;および
ii)官能基を有する反応性シリコン変性ウレタン化合物;を重合して製造した反応性プレポリマー;
b)i)オレフィン系不飽和化合物;
ii)エポキシ基を含む不飽和化合物;および
iii)エポキシ基、アミン基またはフッ素基を含むシリコン系化合物からなる群より選択されたいずれか1つ以上の化合物;および
c)光開始剤
を含むことを特徴とする光硬化型樹脂組成物を提供する。
a)i)官能基を有する反応性含フッ素化合物10乃至80重量%;
ii)官能基を有する反応性シリコン変性ウレタン化合物20乃至90重量%を重合して製造した反応性プレポリマー100重量部;
b)i)オレフィン系不飽和化合物;
ii)エポキシ基を含む不飽和化合物;および
iii)エポキシ基、アミン基またはフッ素基を含むシリコン系化合物からなる群より選択されたいずれか1つ以上の混合物5〜100重量部;および
c)光開始剤0.1〜10重量部を含む。
S1)パターンが形成された原板モールドの一面に本発明の光硬化型含フッ素樹脂溶液を塗布し硬化させて原板モールドのパターンを転写させる段階;および
S2)前記パターンが転写された硬化高分子樹脂を原板モールドから離型させる段階
を含む樹脂モールドの製造方法を提供する。
S3a)前記離型されたパターンが形成された硬化高分子樹脂の背面にプラズマ処理面を形成する段階;
S4a)前記硬化高分子樹脂の背面に形成されたプラズマ処理面に背面支持体を形成する段階;および
S5a)前記背面支持体が形成された硬化高分子樹脂を粘着または硬化させて高分子樹脂モールドを製造する段階
を含む樹脂モールドの製造方法を提供する。
S3b)前記硬化高分子樹脂と接する背面支持体の一面にプラズマ処理面を形成する段階;および
S4b)前記背面支持体に形成されたプラズマ処理面に前記硬化高分子樹脂を粘着または硬化させて高分子樹脂モールドを製造する段階
を含む樹脂モールドの製造方法を提供する。
a)i)官能基を有する反応性含フッ素化合物;ii)官能基を有する反応性シリコン変性ウレタン化合物;を重合して製造した反応性プレポリマー;b)i)オレフィン系不飽和化合物;ii)エポキシ基を含む不飽和化合物;iii)エポキシ基、アミン基またはフッ素基を含むシリコン系化合物からなる群より選択されたいずれか1つ以上の化合物;およびc)光開始剤を含むことを特徴とする。
S3a)前記離型されたパターンが形成された硬化高分子樹脂の背面にプラズマ処理面を形成する段階;
S4a)前記硬化高分子樹脂の背面に形成されたプラズマ処理面に背面支持体を形成する段階;および
S5a)前記背面支持体が形成された硬化高分子樹脂を粘着または硬化させる段階を含んで高分子樹脂モールドを製造する。
S3b)前記硬化高分子樹脂と接する背面支持体の一面にプラズマ処理面を形成する段階;および
S4b)前記背面支持体に形成されたプラズマ処理面に前記硬化高分子樹脂を粘着または硬化させる段階を含んで高分子樹脂モールドを製造する。
冷却管と撹拌機を備えたフラスコに2−ヒドロキシエチルメタアクリレート500重量部;トルエンジイソシアネート100重量部を徐々に投入し、徐々に昇温して80℃で攪拌しながら2時間ほど反応させた。その後、ポリジメチルシロキサン50重量部および触媒としてトリエチルアミン1重量部を添加して、3時間追加反応させた。赤外線分光光度計でイソシアネートが消滅したことを確認し、無色透明の官能基を有するシリコン変性ウレタン化合物(a−1)を得た。
冷却管と撹拌機を備えたフラスコに前記(A−1)で得られた(a−1)官能基を有するシリコン変性ウレタン化合物30重量部;3−パーフルオロヘキシルヒドロキシルプロピルメタクリレート70重量部;2,2'−アゾビス(2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル)3.5重量部を入れて窒素置換後、徐々に攪拌した。
(A−2)で得られた官能基を有する反応性プレポリマー100重量部;メタクリル酸グリシジル10重量部および(3−グリシドキシプロピル)トリメトキシシラン10重量部を混合した混合物20重量部、光開始剤としてエチル(2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル)フェニルホスフィネート1重量部および界面活性剤としてKP341(信越化学工業社)0.01重量部を投入し、常温で300〜400rpmで20時間均一に攪拌して、透明な液状の樹脂溶液102aを製造した。

Claims (6)
- a)i)メタクリレート基又はアクリレート基を有する反応性含フッ素化合物、および
ii)メタクリレート基又はアクリレート基を有する反応性シリコン変性ウレタン化合物、を重合して製造した反応性プレポリマー100重量部、
b)i)エポキシ基を含む不飽和化合物、および
ii)エポキシ基、アミン基またはフッ素基を含むシリコン系化合物の組み合わせ5〜100重量部、および
c)光開始剤0.1〜10重量部
を含み、
前記a)i)メタクリレート基又はアクリレート基を有する反応性含フッ素化合物は、3−パーフルオロブチルヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート、3−パーフルオロヘキシルヒドロキシルプロピルメタクリレート、トリフルオロエチルメタクリレート、テトラフルオロプロピルメタクリレート、2−パーフルオロヘキシルエチルアクリレート、および3−パーフルオロメチルブチル−2−ヒドロキシプロピルアクリレートからなる群より選択される1種以上であり、
前記a)ii)メタクリレート基又はアクリレート基を有する反応性シリコン変性ウレタン化合物は、イソシアネート基を2つ以上有するイソシアネート化合物5〜70重量%、1つ以上のヒドロキシ基とメタクリレート基又はアクリレート基とを有するオレフィン系不飽和化合物30〜90重量%、およびポリジメチルシロキサン1〜30重量%を反応させて製造され、
前記1つ以上のヒドロキシ基とメタクリレート基又はアクリレート基とを有するオレフィン系不飽和化合物は、2−ヒドロキシメチルメタアクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタアクリレート、2−ヒドロキシプロピルメタアクリレート、4−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、および4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレートからなる群より選択される1種以上である
ことを特徴とする、光硬化型樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記反応性プレポリマーは、i)メタクリレート基又はアクリレート基を有する反応性含フッ素化合物10〜80重量%、およびii)メタクリレート基又はアクリレート基を有する反応性シリコン変性ウレタン化合物20〜90重量%、を重合して製造したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光硬化型樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 界面活性剤を、前記a)反応性プレポリマー100重量部に対して0.01〜2重量部さらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光硬化型樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- S1)パターンが形成された原板モールドの一面に請求項1記載の光硬化型樹脂組成物の製造方法によって製造された光硬化型樹脂組成物を塗布し硬化させて原板モールドのパターンを転写させる段階、および
S2)前記パターンが転写された硬化高分子樹脂を原板モールドから離型させる段階
を含む高分子樹脂モールドの製造方法。 - 前記S2)過程後に、
S3a)前記離型されたパターンが形成された硬化高分子樹脂の背面にプラズマ処理面を形成する段階、
S4a)前記硬化高分子樹脂の背面に形成されたプラズマ処理面に背面支持体を形成する段階、および
S5a)前記背面支持体が形成された硬化高分子樹脂を粘着または硬化させて高分子樹脂モールドを製造する段階
を含む、請求項4に記載の高分子樹脂モールドの製造方法。 - 前記S2)過程後に、
S3b)前記硬化高分子樹脂と接する背面支持体の一面にプラズマ処理面を形成する段階、および
S4b)前記背面支持体に形成されたプラズマ処理面に前記硬化高分子樹脂を粘着または硬化させて高分子樹脂モールドを製造する段階
を含む、請求項4に記載の高分子樹脂モールドの製造方法。
