Description
[0024]排出孔は様々な形状のものであってよく、例えばオリフィス、ノズル、スプレーノズル、特定の長さの小径のパイプ、または同類のものである。無菌液体を様々な位置へ分配するようにした、単一の排出パイプから出る複数の排出孔、または複数の分岐したパイプから出る複数の排出孔としてもよい。
Claims (13)
- 極低温ガスを滅菌して無菌極低温流れを生成し、そしてその滅菌された極低温流れを熱交換器へ供給して無菌極低温流れを液化することにより無菌極低温流体を製造する方法であって、当該熱交換器は無菌極低温流体の排出孔を具備し、当該排出孔はオリフィスであり、当該排出孔の寸法を規制して、そして前記流体の所定の圧力を設定することによって、無菌極低温流体の排出量を制御することを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 前記極低温流体は−50℃未満の標準沸点を有する液体の群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記極低温流体は窒素、酸素、液体空気およびアルゴンからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記滅菌はろ過による加温滅菌である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器と排出孔の蒸気滅菌をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記排出孔は無菌極低温流体の流れの制限を与える、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記極低温ガスの圧力は前記熱交換器の中で液化を起こすのに十分な大きさである、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器は前記極低温ガスを凝縮させるのに十分な表面積を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記所定の圧力は大気圧よりも大きい、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 極低温ガスを滅菌して無菌極低温流れを生成し、そしてその滅菌された極低温流れを熱交換器へ供給して無菌極低温流れを液化することにより、無菌極低温流体を製造する装置であって、当該熱交換器は無菌極低温流体の排出孔を具備し、当該排出孔はオリフィスであることを特徴とする、前記装置。
- 前記熱交換器は前記極低温ガスを凝縮させるのに十分な表面積を有する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器は、滅菌窒素ガスを受け入れて液化された滅菌窒素流体を排出する配管としてのコイルを具備し、
前記排出孔は、当該コイルの排出先端部に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の装置。 - 前記熱交換器は、滅菌窒素ガスを受け入れて液化された滅菌窒素流体を排出する配管として、トラップを含まず、下流に向けての傾斜を有する配管を具備し、
前記排出孔は、当該配管の排出先端部に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の装置。
