Description
本発明の形態は、膜の1つまたは複数表面が常圧マイクロ波(APMW)プラズマにより修飾されている多孔性ポリマー膜を含む組成物を含む。プラズマ修飾膜は、非−濡れ破壊性であり、水中のMeOHの初めの溶液との接触で濡れることができる(APMWプラズマ修飾多孔性膜を接触湿潤するための初めの溶液における水中のMeOHの最少量が、接触が多孔性膜の未処理のそのままのサンプルを湿潤する参照または対照溶液における水中のMeOHの最少量よりも少ない。)。本発明の幾つかの形態において、この膜は、プラズマ発生デバイスの回転電極と接触しながら修飾される。この膜は、フィルターを含む、熱および物質移動用の種々の物品ならびに液体膜で使用することができる。

Claims (1)
- ハロゲン化ポリオレフィン微小孔膜であって、
膜の1つまたは複数の表面が常圧マイクロ波プラズマにより修飾されており、
0.06を超えるO/C比を有する1つまたは複数の表面を含み、
水中の0.1ミクロン以下の粒子に対して少なくとも3のLRVを有し、
初期湿潤および空気中の乾燥の後の、10日以上の空気中の室温での貯蔵の後に、水中のMeOHの96重量%以下の溶液と接触湿潤可能であり、
水中で135℃の温度で40分間のオートクレーブ処理後に非−濡れ破壊性(non−dewetting)である
ことを特徴とする、ハロゲン化ポリオレフィン微小孔膜。
