Claims (15)
- サーモプラスチック材料から形成された内部容器を有する複合的な圧力容器であって、ネック領域に設けられた少なくとも1つの端部片と、前記内部容器を強化しかつ繊維材料から形成されたラッピングを有する複合的な圧力容器を製造する方法であって、該方法は、押出ブロー成形による内部容器の製造を含む、方法において、
前記端部片を、前記内部容器が成形されている間に、前記端部片が少なくとも部分的に前記内部容器によって包囲されるように前記内部容器に配置し、但し、前記端部片は、前記内部容器の前記ネック領域を貫通するねじ山付スタブと、前記内部容器の内部に配置されるベースとを有し、
前記ねじ山付スタブに、前記内部容器の外側に配置された端部キャップを固定し、但し、前記内部容器の壁部は、前記ネック領域において、前記端部片のベースと前記端部キャップとの間で締め付けられる、

前記端部片(6)は、前記内部容器(4)の前記ネック領域(2)を貫通したねじ山付スタブ(10)と、前記内部容器(4)の内部に配置されたベース(9)とを有し、
前記ねじ山付スタブ(10)に、前記内部容器(4)の外側に配置された端部キャップ(7)が固定されており、
前記内部容器(4)の壁部は、前記ネック領域(2)において、前記端部片(6)のベース(9)と前記端部キャップ(7)との間で締め付けられている、
ことを特徴とする、複合的な圧力容器(1)。 - 前記端部片(6)および前記端部キャップ(7)は、前記ネック領域(2)の形状に適合したディスク形状を有している、請求項10記載の複合的な圧力容器(1)。
- 前記端部キャップ(7)は前記繊維ラッピング(5)に覆われている、請求項10または11記載の複合的な圧力容器(1)。
- 前記端部片(6)および前記端部キャップ(7)は、固定エレメント(8)によって固定されている、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の複合的な圧力容器(1)。
- 前記ねじ山付スタブ(10)には、外側の雄ねじ山(11’)が設けられており、当該雄ねじ山(11’)は、前記端部キャップ(7)及び前記固定エレメント(8)の対応するねじ山と協働する、請求項13記載の複合的な圧力容器(1)。
- 前記内部容器(4)は、該内部容器を貫通しかつ端部片(6)をそれぞれの端部において保持する支持エレメント(15)を有する、請求項10から14までのいずれか1項記載の複合的な圧力容器(1)。
