Description
“第1の材料”は製品の第1の部分の材料を意味するものとする。第1の部分は、通常は、製品の本体である。第1の材料は、任意の金属又は合金であり、適用分野において必要な強度を有する固体成形体に緻密化される。例えば、ニッケル合金、コバルト合金、工具鋼、炭素鋼、ハドフィールド鋼、マルテンサイトステンレス鋼などのステンレス鋼、クロム鋼、オーステナイトステンレス鋼、二相ステンレス鋼又は上述した材料の混合物である。
Claims (17)
- 第1の材料の一部分(2)と第2の材料の少なくとも一部分(3)とを有する粉体製品(1)の製造方法であって、
第2の材料粉末と、該第2の材料粉末を保持するガス化材料とを備える少なくとも一つの第1の本体(11)を製品の形状を規定するカプセル内の一つの選択された部分又は複数の選択された部分内に配置する工程(100)と、
第1の材料粉末をカプセル(10)内に満たす工程(200)と、
ガス化材料を除去する工程(300)と、
カプセルをシールする工程(400)と、
第1の材料粉末及び第2の材料粉末を緻密化して成形体にする高温まで高圧下でカプセルを加熱する工程(500)と、
を備え、
前記本体(11)が、ガス化材料の一つ以上のシェル(12)と、少なくとも第2の材料粉末と、を備え、
前記シェル(12)が、外壁(12.1)と、底壁(12.3)と、頂壁(12.4)とを有し、
前記外壁(12.1)、前記底壁(12.3)及び前記頂壁(12.4)が、前記シェル(12)内を粉末材料で満たす体積を規定し、
前記シェル(12)を前記第2の材料粉末で満たす、又は前記シェル(12)が予め前記第2の材料粉末で満たされている、
ことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 本体(11)が、カプセル(10)の壁(10.1,10.2)の内面に配置され、本体(11)が部分的に第1の粉末材料で保持されている請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 本体(11)は、カプセル(10)の壁(10.1,10.2)の内面から一定の距離に配置され、本体(11)が第1の粉末材料で保持されている請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- カプセル(10)が中空体を形成し、
本体(11)が、中空体(10)の内壁(10.2)の内面と接触して配置され、内面を部分的に覆う請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - カプセル10は湾曲部を有する中空体を形成し、
本体(11)が、中空体(10)の内壁(10.2)の内面と接触して配置され、内面を部分的に覆う請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - カプセルが第1の材料粉末で部分的に満たされ、
シェル(12)がカプセル(10)に配置され、
シェル(12)が、少なくとも第2の材料粉末で満たされ、その後、カプセル(10)が第1の材料粉末で完全に満たされる請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 幾つかの本体(11)がカプセル(10)内に配置される請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 本体(11)が異なる材料粉末を有する請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 第1の材料が、ニッケル合金、銅合金、工具鋼、炭素鋼、ハドフィールド鋼、ステンレス鋼又はこれらの混合物である請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ステンレス鋼が、マルテンサイトステンレス鋼、クロム鋼、オーステナイトステンレス鋼、二相ステンレス鋼である請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 第2の材料が、ニッケル合金、銅合金、工具鋼、炭素鋼、ハドフィールド鋼、ステンレス鋼、これらの混合物又はセラミックス、若しくは金属マトリクス複合材又はその混合物である請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ステンレス鋼が、マルテンサイトステンレス鋼、クロム鋼、オーステナイトステンレス鋼、二相ステンレス鋼である請求項11に記載の製造方法。
- 前記セラミックスが、窒化チタン、炭化チタン、炭化タングステン又はホウ化チタンである請求項11に記載の製造方法。
- ガス化材料が、熱的にガス化する高分子材料であり、
カプセル(10)から高分子材料を除去する工程(300)が、
カプセル(10)を真空にする工程と、
高分子材料がガス化する温度までカプセル(10)を加熱する工程と、
を備える請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記高分子材料がポリプロピレン又はポリエチレンである請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- ガス化材料が、化学的にガス化する高分子材料であり、
カプセル(10)から高分子材料を除去する工程(300)が、
カプセル(10)を真空にする工程と、
高分子材料がガス化するように高分子材料と化学的に反応するガスをカプセルに噴射する工程と、
を備える請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記化学的にガス化する高分子材料がポリオキシメチレンである請求項16に記載の製造方法。
