Description

Claims (8)
- ガスタービン用の気体燃料缶型燃焼器であって、
内部と、軸線と、閉鎖された端部と、を有する円筒状の外部ハウジングと、
前記外部ハウジングの前記内部内に同軸上に配置され、燃焼空気のための半径方向外側流路を前記外部ハウジングとともに画定する円筒状の燃焼器ライナであって、前記外部ハウジングの前記閉鎖された端部の近位に燃焼領域のための半径方向内側容積を画定する内部を有する、円筒状の燃焼器ライナと、
前記外部ハウジングの前記閉鎖された端部に配置された複数の旋回ベーンを含む混合装置であって、前記混合装置が、前記半径方向外側流路と流れ連通している入口と、前記燃焼領域と流れ連通している軸線方向に向けられた出口と、を有し、前記旋回ベーンが、前記軸線に垂直な平面内で前記軸線を中心として周方向に離間して配置されている、混合装置と、
気体燃料を送達するため、前記半径方向外側流路から受け入れた燃焼空気と混合するための前記旋回ベーンの近位にある前記混合装置に作動的に連結された気体燃料供給システムと、を備え、
前記周方向に離間した前記旋回ベーンのうちで隣接する前記旋回ベーン同士が、半径方向内側に向けられた混合流路を部分的に画定し、
前記混合流路のそれぞれが、一定の断面流面積と、前記旋回ベーン間の流れの向きに沿って増加するアスペクト比と、を有する、缶型燃焼器。 - 前記アスペクト比が、各混合流路の起端における1.5から4.5まで及び各混合流路の端部まで増加する、請求項1に記載の缶型燃焼器。
- 前記外部ハウジングの前記閉鎖された端部が、前記旋回ベーンを取り付けるための、前記軸線に対して垂直に配置されたプレート部材を含み、前記プレート部材が、前記燃焼空気の流れの半径方向内側方向への回転を促進する、湾曲した皿形の取り付け表面を有する、請求項1に記載の缶型燃焼器。
- 前記混合装置の前記入口における前記半径方向外側流路内の前記燃焼空気の流れの方向が少なくとも部分的に軸線方向であり、前記旋回ベーンが各々の前縁を有し、各々の前記前縁は、前記軸線に対して所定の角度で配向され、前記混合装置の前記入口における前記燃焼空気の流れの方向に対して垂直である、請求項1に記載の缶型燃焼器。
- 前記気体燃料供給システムが複数のノズルを含み、各前記ノズルが、燃料を噴射するための1つ又は複数のオリフィスを有し、前記ノズルが、前記混合流路の各々の起端の近位にある前記混合装置に脱着可能に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の缶型燃焼器。
- 一対の前記複数のノズルが、前記旋回ベーンの前縁に隣接する各前記旋回ベーンの対向壁に形成された凹部内に取り付けられている、請求項5に記載の缶型燃焼器。
- 前記旋回ベーンが、前記軸線に対して実質的に接線方向で前記混合流路を出る燃料/空気混合物を案内する、請求項1に記載の缶型燃焼器。
- 空気圧縮機とガスタービンとの間で作動的に相互連結された、請求項1に記載の缶型燃焼器を含むガスタービンエンジン。
