Description
A−1.タンクの製造工程:
図1は、本発明の一実施形態としてのタンクの製造工程の手順を示すフローチャートである。この製造工程では、フィラメント・ワインディング法(以降、「FW法」とも呼ぶ。)によって、高圧水素や高圧天然ガスなどの高圧流体を貯蔵する高圧タンクを製造する。
図7は、炉内温度プロファイル102の作成方法について説明するための説明図である。図7には、3種類の炉内雰囲気温度の昇温速度について、熱硬化性樹脂の発熱量と時間との関係を表した実験結果が図示されている。
(1)当該熱硬化性樹脂が急速な自己発熱を開始する温度
(2)当該熱硬化性樹脂を用いた被覆済ライナーを、図7の曲線S2と同様の加熱パターン、すなわち、加熱開始から、当該熱硬化性樹脂が急速な自己発熱を開始する温度に至るまでの間は遅い昇温速度で加熱し、その後、速い昇温速度で加熱した場合の発熱量のピーク
(3)当該熱硬化性樹脂の硬化温度
なお、熱硬化性樹脂の温度を簡便に制御するために、本実施形態では、炉内温度プロファイル102を用いて「炉内雰囲気温度」を制御する。これは、伝熱によって、熱硬化性樹脂の温度と炉内雰囲気温度とが近似することに基づく。
このような炉内温度プロファイル102を用いて熱硬化処理を行った場合、被覆済ライナーの表層に位置する熱硬化性樹脂の温度(図8の破線)は、時刻t0から時刻t1にかけて、炉内雰囲気温度の上昇に追従して緩やかに上昇する。ここで、時刻t0と時刻t1との間は、加熱炉110の炉内雰囲気温度が第1の炉内雰囲気温度上昇率となるように遅い昇温速度で加熱されるため、熱硬化性樹脂の急速な自己発熱と、それに伴う熱暴走の発生と、を抑制することができる。
なお、上記各実施形態における構成要素の中の、独立クレームでクレームされた要素以外の要素は、付加的な要素であり、適宜省略可能である。また、この発明は上記の実施形態に限られるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の態様において実施することが可能であり、例えば次のような変形も可能である。
上記実施形態(図1)では、タンクの製造工程の一例について説明した。しかし、タンクの製造工程の手順は、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲において、任意の変形が可能である。例えば、一部のステップの削除、新たなステップの追加、変更を行うことができる。
上記実施形態(図5)では、熱硬化処理装置の構成の一例について説明した。しかし、熱硬化処理装置の構成は、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲において、種々の変形が可能である。例えば、一部の構成要素の削除、新たな構成要素の追加、構成要素の変更等を行うことができる。

Claims (6)
- タンクの製造方法であって、
(a)ライナーに熱硬化性樹脂を含浸した繊維が巻回されている被覆済ライナーを準備する工程と、
(b)前記被覆済ライナーを加熱炉において加熱して、前記熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる熱硬化処理を実行する工程と、
を備え、
前記工程(b)は、前記加熱の開始から、前記熱硬化性樹脂が急速な自己発熱を開始する温度に至るまでの間の前記加熱炉の炉内雰囲気温度上昇率に対し、前記熱硬化性樹脂が急速な自己発熱を開始する前記温度に至る後の前記加熱炉の炉内雰囲気温度上昇率を高めるように前記加熱を制御することによって、前記加熱に伴う前記熱硬化性樹脂の温度が、前記ライナーの耐熱温度を超過しないように前記加熱を制御する、タンクの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のタンクの製造方法であって、
前記工程(b)は、さらに、前記熱硬化性樹脂の自己発熱のピークに合わせて前記加熱を停止する、タンクの製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載のタンクの製造方法であって、
前記工程(b)は、さらに、前記熱硬化性樹脂の自己発熱の終了に合わせて、前記加熱を再開する、タンクの製造方法。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項記載のタンクの製造方法であって、
前記工程(b)における前記加熱の制御は、前記加熱炉の炉内雰囲気温度と、時間と、を関連付けたプロファイルに基づいて実行される、タンクの製造方法。 - 熱硬化処理方法であって、
ライナーに熱硬化性樹脂を含浸した繊維が巻回されている被覆済ライナーを加熱炉において加熱して、前記熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる熱硬化処理を実行する工程を備え、
前記工程は、前記加熱の開始から、前記熱硬化性樹脂が急速な自己発熱を開始する温度に至るまでの間の前記加熱炉の炉内雰囲気温度上昇率に対し、前記熱硬化性樹脂が急速な自己発熱を開始する前記温度に至る後の前記加熱炉の炉内雰囲気温度上昇率を高めるように前記加熱を制御することによって、前記加熱に伴って上昇した前記熱硬化性樹脂の温度が、前記ライナーの耐熱温度を超過しないように前記加熱を制御する、熱硬化処理方法。 - 熱硬化処理装置であって、
ライナーに熱硬化性樹脂を含浸した繊維が巻回されている被覆済ライナーを加熱して、前記熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる熱硬化処理を実行する加熱炉と、
前記加熱炉における前記加熱を制御する制御部と、

前記制御部は、前記加熱の開始から、前記熱硬化性樹脂が急速な自己発熱を開始する温度に至るまでの間の前記加熱炉の炉内雰囲気温度上昇率に対し、前記熱硬化性樹脂が急速な自己発熱を開始する前記温度に至る後の前記加熱炉の炉内雰囲気温度上昇率を高めるように前記加熱を制御することによって、前記加熱に伴って上昇した前記熱硬化性樹脂の温度が、前記ライナーの耐熱温度を超過しないように前記加熱を制御する、熱硬化処理装置。
