Description
JIS K2220 7に準拠し、25℃の環境下で、ちょう度計に取り付けた円錐をグリースに落下させ、5秒間かけて進入した深さ(mm)を測定し、測定された値を10倍したものを混和ちょう度とする。
OPTIMOL社製のThe SRV Test Systemを用いて試験用グリース組成物の焼付き限界荷重を測定する。図5は用いた測定装置(The SRV Test System)の概略図である。この測定装置は、所定量のグリース組成物を塗布した下部試験片53上に、上部試験片51を設置し、X方向の負荷をかけながら、Y方向に往復運動させ、下部試験片52と上部試験片51との間の摩擦力を検出することで、下部試験片52と上部試験片51との間に介在するグリース組成物の焼付き荷重を測定することができる。ここで、上部試験片51は、上部試験片51をY方向に往復運動させる1対のドライブシャフト521、およびX方向に荷重負荷する負荷棒522が結合された上部試験片ホルダー52に保持されている。また、下部試験片53は、内部に試験片を一定の温度に保つためのヒーター(図示せず)を備え、下部試験片53上の摩擦力を検出する摩擦力検出装置541に接続された下部試験片ホルダー54に保持されている。下部試験片52と上部試験片51との間に介在するグリース組成物の焼付きは、摩擦力検出装置541により検出される下部試験片52と上部試験片51との間の摩擦力(摩擦係数)の急激な上昇により判定する。
上部試験片:鋼球(SUJ2、普通焼入れ、直径:10mm)
下部試験片:平板(SUJ2、普通焼入れ、ロックウェル硬さ:HRC50〜HRC60)
試験片温度:120℃
ここで、普通焼入れとは、820〜850℃で30分間均熱後油冷による焼入れ、および160〜180℃で1〜2時間の焼戻しによる焼入れをいう。
負荷荷重:荷重なし(0N)から開始し、1ステップ毎に50Nずつ上昇させる。そして、500N到達後は、1ステップ毎に100Nずつ上昇させる。ここで、荷重を上昇させるときは、往復運動は停止させずに1〜2秒かけて上昇させる。なお、負荷荷重を上昇するための1〜2秒は上昇後の負荷荷重による運転時間(120秒)に含める。

無灰型DTC(無灰型ジチオカーバメート):キング・インダストリーズ・インターナショナル社(King Industries International Inc.)製のNA−LUBE ADTC(商品名)
表1に従い、増ちょう剤原料アミン(CHAおよび/またはPDA)と同質量部のADE(基油)とを混合し、100℃に加熱して溶解させ溶液Aを調製した。また、これとは別に、表1に従い、増ちょう剤原料MDIと同質量部のADEとを混合し、140℃に加熱して溶解させ溶液Bを調製した。次に、残りのADEを100℃に加熱後、前記溶液Aを混合し、この混合液を攪拌しつつ、溶液Bを徐々に添加した。その後150℃で60分間保持後、室温まで冷却し、アミン系酸化防止剤および極圧添加剤を、表1に示す含有量(グリース組成物中の質量%)となるように添加し、さらに3本ロールミルにより均質化処理することで試料グリースを得た。得られた試料グリースについて混和ちょう度の測定および焼付き限界荷重の測定を行った。焼付き限界荷重の測定は2つの試料(試料A、試料B)に対して行った。評価結果を表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- 基油、増ちょう剤およびアミン系酸化防止剤を含有するグリース組成物であって、
前記増ちょう剤が、アルキル基の炭素数が8〜16のアルキルフェニルアミンおよびシクロヘキシルアミンからなる混合アミンを、ジイソシアネート化合物と反応させて得られるジウレア化合物であり、
前記混合アミン中のシクロヘキシルアミンの含有量が91〜99モル%であり、
グリース組成物中のアミン系酸化防止剤の含有量が2.7質量%以上であることを特徴とするグリース組成物。 - さらに、無灰型極圧添加剤を含有するグリース組成物であって、
グリース組成物中の無灰型極圧添加剤の含有量が0.1〜5.0質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のグリース組成物。 - 混和ちょう度が280〜400である請求項1または2記載のグリース組成物。
- 第1の軌道面を有する第1の軌道部材と、
第2の軌道面を有する第2の軌道部材と、
前記第1の軌道面と前記第2の軌道面との間に転動可能に配設される複数の転動体と、
前記第1の軌道部材と前記第2の軌道部材とが相対移動可能な転動装置であって、
前記複数の転動体と前記第1の軌道面との転がりおよび/または滑り接触部、ならびに、前記複数の転動体と前記第2の軌道面との転がりおよび/または滑り接触部に介在する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のグリース組成物を含むことを特徴とする転動装置。
