Claims (11)
- 金属部品の補修方法であって、当該方法が、
金属部品のある位置で金属部品に溝(130)を生成する段階と、
溝(130)内に充填材(140)を堆積する段階と、
充填材(140)にパルスレーザ(310)を照射する段階であって、パルスレーザ(310)が、金属部品及び充填材(140)に熱を加えて金属部品及び充填材(140)の少なくとも一部分を溶融するのに十分な出力、周波数及びパルス幅を有する、段階と
を含んでおり、パルスレーザ(310)による熱で充填材(140)が金属部品に溶接され、前記金属部品が0.25インチ(6.35mm)未満の厚さを有し、複数の貫通孔を有するガスタービン用燃焼キャップエフュージョンプレート(100)である、方法。 - 前記パルスレーザ(310)で熱影響部(320)が生じ、当該方法が、パルスレーザ(310)の出力、パルス幅又は周波数を調節することによって熱影響部(320)の大きさを設定することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記パルスレーザ(310)の周波数が3.5Hz〜20Hzである、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記パルスレーザ(310)のパルス幅が4.0ms〜15.0msである、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記パルスレーザ(310)が0.4mm/s〜1.5mm/sの移動速度を有する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記パルスレーザ(310)が0.1mm〜2.0mmの直径を有する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記金属部品がニッケル基又はコバルト基合金を含み、充填材(140)がニッケル基又はコバルト基充填材(140)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記充填材(140)が、直径0.010インチ(0.254mm)〜0.045インチ(1.143mm)の充填材ワイヤである、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記位置が壁厚の部分的割れ目を含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記位置が壁厚を貫通する割れ目を含む、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 当該方法が、さらに、金属部品の背面にシム材(145)を溶接して裏当て面を形成することを含む、請求項10記載の方法。
