Description
〔1〕:容器本体と、容器本体を開閉自在に密封する蓋体と、容器本体の底部に挿入された筒型の乾燥剤収容体とを備える防湿容器であって、
乾燥剤収容体は一端に開口部を有する内容器と、内容器に収容された乾燥剤と、内容器の開口部を封止する透湿防塵シートとを備え、
内容器は、その外周壁に開口端と底部とを結ぶ溝を有し、
容器本体は、底板内壁に台座を備え、
乾燥剤収容体は、台座と、透湿防塵シートとが接触するように容器本体に挿入され、容器本体底板と透湿防塵シートとの間に隙間が存在する、防湿容器を提供する。
内容器に充填ノズルを使用して乾燥剤を充填する工程と、
当該乾燥剤を収容した内容器の開口部に、透湿防塵シートをシールして開口部を封止して乾燥剤収容体を製造する工程と、
乾燥剤収容体を、透湿防塵シートを容器本体の底部に向けて容器本体に挿入する工程とを備える、防湿容器の製造方法を提供する。
図1は、実施の形態1に係る本発明の防湿容器の一例を示す斜視図である。図2は図1に示した防湿容器の開栓状態を示す上面図であり、図3は、図2のIII−III線に沿った断面図である。
実施の形態1に係る本発明の防湿容器は、容器本体1の底部に挿入された乾燥剤収容体3を有する。
図13は、実施の形態2に係る防湿容器の開栓状態の上面図を示し、図14に実施の形態2に係る防湿容器の閉栓状態の断面図を示す。実施の形態1に係る防湿容器と同様の構成要素は同じ符号で示し、詳細な説明は省略する。なお、本実施形態では突起12を容器本体10の内壁全周に設けている点と、内容器30aの底部角の一部を面取りしている点とが、実施の形態1と異なる。突起12を容器本体10の内壁全周に設けることにより、容器本体10の底部に挿入された乾燥剤収容体3aが、容器本体10の開口部側へ移動することをより確実に防止できる。また、突起12を容器本体10の内壁全周に設けると、防湿容器内の空気の隙間6への流れが悪くなるが、内容器30aの溝31を形成する底部角の一部を面取りすることにより、上述の空気の流れが悪くなるのを防止できる。
容器本体10にスリット32の本数が5本の内容器30aと乾燥剤5を有する乾燥剤収容体3aを入れ、蓋体2の裏側に温湿度計を両面テープで貼りつけた。上述で得られた防湿容器を蓋体2が開いた状態で、温度30℃、湿度70%に設定された恒温恒湿槽に入れ1時間放置し、サンプル1を得た。
容器本体10にスリット32の本数が15本の内容器30aと乾燥剤5を有する乾燥剤収容体3aを入れ、比較例1と同様の工程でサンプル2を得た。

Claims (4)
- 筒型の容器本体と、前記容器本体を開閉自在に密封する蓋体と、前記容器本体の底部に挿入された筒型の乾燥剤収容体とを備える防湿容器であって、
前記乾燥剤収容体は一端に開口部を有する内容器と、前記内容器に収容された乾燥剤と、前記内容器の開口部を封止する透湿防塵シートとを備え、
前記内容器は、その外周壁に開口端と底部とを結ぶ溝を有し、
前記容器本体は、底板内壁に台座を備え、
前記乾燥剤収容体は、前記台座と、前記透湿防塵シートとが接触するように前記容器本体に挿入され、容器本体底板と前記透湿防塵シートとの間に隙間が存在する、防湿容器。 - さらに、前記内容器の底部の外面を含む平面よりも前記容器本体の開口部側において、前記容器本体の内周壁から突出し、前記乾燥剤収容体の前記容器本体の開口部側への移動を阻止する突起を有する、請求項1に記載の防湿容器。
- 前記突起は、前記容器本体の内周壁全周に形成されており、
前記内容器は、その外周壁に外径が前記容器本体の内径と一致するスリットを有し、
前記内容器の前記溝を形成する底部の角が面取りされている、請求項2に記載の防湿容器。 - 請求項1に記載の防湿容器の製造方法であって、
前記内容器に充填ノズルを使用して乾燥剤を充填する工程と、
前記内容器の前記開口部に、前記透湿防塵シートをシールして前記開口部を封止し、前記乾燥剤収容体を製造する工程と、
前記乾燥剤収容体を、透湿防塵シートを前記容器本体の底部に向けて前記容器本体に挿入する工程と、
前記容器本体を前記蓋体で密封する工程とを備える、防湿容器の製造方法。
