Claims (6)
- 車両(1)とサービスプロバイダとの間における通信接続を、第1の無線接続(3)によって確立することができる、サービスプロバイダと車両(1)との間におけるデータ通信方法であって、
前記車両(1)に設けられている蓄電池(1.1)に充電するための充電接続(10)を介して、前記車両(1)が充電ステーション(2)に接続されているか、又は接続される場合、前記充電ステーション(2)を介して、前記車両(1)と前記サービスプロバイダとの間にもう1つの通信接続(7a、7b)が、前記充電接続(10)によって確立され、
前記サービスプロバイダに設けられているアプリケーションサーバ(6)によって、前記第1の無線接続(3)及び前記充電ステーション(2)を介する前記通信接続(7a)によるデータ交換がまとめられ、調整されること、および
前記アプリケーションサーバ(6)が、インターネット(9)によって前記充電ステーション(2)に接続されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記データ通信又は前記アプリケーションサーバによって、ダイアグノシス、メンテナンス、車両設定、充電プロファイルの選択、次の利用時間、機能の有効化、車両のプレコンディショニング、車両機能又はインフォテイメントシステムの遠隔ソフトウェアアップデート、ナビゲーションシステム及び/又はアドレス帳及び/又はカレンダのデータの同期又は更新、オーディオ及び/又はビデオデータの伝送、インターネット、電話、遠隔排気ガス測定といったサービスの少なくとも1つが提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記データ通信が、一方向又は双方向で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記充電接続(10)を介して、電力会社(8)とのもう1つの通信接続(7b)が確立されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 車両(1)とサービスプロバイダとの間における通信接続を、第1の無線接続(3)によって確立するための手段(1.3)を含む、サービスプロバイダと車両(1)との間におけるデータ通信システムであって、
充電接続(10)によって前記車両(1)に設けられている蓄電池(1.1)に充電可能である充電ステーション(2)を介して、前記車両(1)と前記サービスプロバイダとの間にもう1つの通信接続(7a、7b)を前記充電接続(10)によって確立する手段(1.4)が設けられており、
前記サービスプロバイダにアプリケーションサーバ(6)が設けられ、該アプリケーションサーバによって、前記第1の無線接続(3)及び前記充電ステーション(2)を介する前記通信接続(7a、7b)によるデータ交換をまとめ、調整することができること、および
前記アプリケーションサーバ(6)が、インターネット(9)によって前記充電ステーション(2)に接続可能であることを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記データ通信又は前記アプリケーションサーバ(6)によって、ダイアグノシス、メンテナンス、車両設定、充電プロファイルの選択、次の利用時間、機能の有効化、車両のプレコンディショニング、車両機能又はインフォテイメントシステムの遠隔ソフトウェアアップデート、ナビゲーションシステム及び/又はアドレス帳及び/又はカレンダのデータの同期又は更新、オーディオ及び/又はビデオデータの伝送、インターネット、電話、遠隔排気ガス測定といったサービスの少なくとも1つが提供されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
