Description
Claims (6)
- 支持基板と、
前記支持基板の上に配置される透明電極層と、
前記透明電極層の上に配置されるバッファ層と、
前記バッファ層の上に配置される光吸収層と、
前記光吸収層の上に配置される裏面電極層と、
前記透明電極層の上面に形成され、第1斜面及び第2斜面を有する複数の第1リセスと、
前記バッファ層の上面に形成され、第1斜面及び第2斜面を有する複数の第2リセスと、
前記光吸収層の上面に形成された複数の第3リセスと、
前記裏面電極層の上面に形成された複数の第4リセスと、
を含み、
前記複数の第1リセスが形成される厚さは前記透明電極層厚さの10%乃至70%の範囲を有することを特徴とする、太陽電池。 - 前記第1斜面と前記支持基板の法線とがなす第1角度(θ)は1°<θ<45゜の範囲に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記複数の第1リセスの中心の間の間隔はdであり、前記透明電極層の厚さはhである時、第1角度(θ)は1°<θ<tan−1(d/h)の範囲に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記複数の第1リセスは前記バッファ層へ行くほど幅が広くなるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記複数の第1リセスの底面に形成され、前記第1斜面及び第2斜面と接する折曲面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記透明電極層の厚さ(h)は0.5μm乃至1μmに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
