但し、[C],[Si],[Mn],[Cu],[Ni],[Cr]および[Mo]は、夫々C,Si,Mn,Cu,Ni,CrおよびMoの含有量(質量%)を示す。また、上記(1)式、(2)式の各項に示された元素が含まれない場合は、その項がないものとして計算する。
(2)ガス冷却手段を設けてガスジェット冷却する。
(3)ミスト冷却手段を設けて冷却する(例えば図8)。
(4)ドライアイスショット手段(顆粒ドライアイスをブランク材に衝突させて冷却する)を設けて冷却する。

Claims (5)
- 単一部品内に高強度領域および低強度領域を有する熱間プレス成形品を、プレス成形金型を用いて製造するに当たり、鋼板をAc3変態点以上の温度に加熱した後、プレス成形
を開始するに先立ち、前記高強度領域を急速冷却すると共に前記低強度領域は冷却せず、プレス成形時は、前記プレス成形金型によって両領域の冷却を行ないつつ、前記高強度領域および前記低強度領域を同時にプレス成形し、且つプレス成形前の鋼板の温度が、高強度領域で600℃以下、マルテンサイト変態開始温度Ms以上であり、低強度領域で650℃以上であり、プレス成形前の急速冷却開始からプレス成形開始までの時間が30秒以内であることを特徴とする熱間プレス成形品の製造方法。 - 単一部品内に高強度領域および低強度領域を有する熱間プレス成形品を、プレス成形金型を用いて製造するに当たり、鋼板をAc3変態点以上の温度に加熱した後、プレス成形
を開始するに先立ち、前記高強度領域を急速冷却すると共に前記低強度領域は冷却せず、プレス成形時は、前記プレス成形金型によって両領域の冷却を行ないつつ、前記高強度領域および前記低強度領域を同時にプレス成形し、且つプレス成形後の離型時のプレス成形品温度が、高強度領域で(マルテンサイト変態開始温度Ms+100℃)以下、マルテンサイト変態終了温度Mf以上であり、低強度領域で(マルテンサイト変態開始温度Ms+100℃)以上であることを特徴とする熱間プレス成形品の製造方法。 - 離型後に成形品を放冷する請求項2に記載の熱間プレス成形品の製造方法。
- 成形後に、高強度領域を平均冷却速度5℃/秒以上で、マルテンサイト変態終了温度Mf以下の温度まで冷却する請求項2に記載の熱間プレス成形品の製造方法。
- 前記鋼板として、素地鋼板表面にZn−Fe系めっき層の形成された表面処理鋼板を用い、プレス成形開始温度が、めっき層中のFe含有量に応じためっき層の凝固点以下の温度である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱間プレス成形品の製造方法。
