Claims (4)
- アレイ状に配置された複数の第1感知電極セットと、
前記第1感知電極セットにそれぞれ接続された複数の第1導電性ラインと、
前記第1感知電極セットに容量結合された複数の感知セットと
を含み、前記各第1感知電極セットが、前記感知セットのうちの少なくとも2つに容量結合され、前記各第1感知電極セットおよび前記各感知セットのうちの一方が信号送信機であり、前記各第1感知電極セットおよび前記各感知セットのうちの他方が信号受信機であり、
前記各第1感知電極セットが第1感知電極を含み、隣接する2つの前記第1感知電極が、それぞれ少なくとも1つの傾斜辺を有し、最も近接する2つの前記傾斜辺が互いに平行であり、
前記各感知セットは、
第2導電性ラインと、
前記第2導電性ラインに接続された複数の第2感知電極と
を含み、前記各第1感知電極が、異なる前記感知セットに属する前記第2感知電極に容量結合され、且つ少なくとも1つの前記第2感知電極が、隣接する2つの前記第1感知電極に容量結合されるタッチ感知装置。 - アレイ状に配置された複数の第1感知電極セットと、
前記第1感知電極セットにそれぞれ接続された複数の第1導電性ラインと、
前記第1感知電極セットに容量結合された複数の感知セットと
を含み、
前記各第1感知電極セットが、少なくとも1つの主感知電極と、少なくとも1つの付加感知電極とを含み、前記各第1感知電極セットの前記付加感知電極が、隣接する前記第1感知電極セットの前記主感知電極と、前記隣接する前記第1感知電極セットの前記付加感知電極との間に設置され、前記主感知電極の面積が前記付加感知電極の面積より大きく、
前記各第1感知電極セットが少なくとも2つの前記感知セットに容量結合され、前記各第1感知電極セットおよび前記各感知セットのうちの一方が信号送信機であり、前記各第1感知電極セットおよび前記各感知セットのうちの他方が信号受信機であり、
前記各感知セットが、
第2導電性ラインと、
前記第2導電性ラインに接続された複数の第2感知電極と
を含み、前記各第2感知電極が、隣接する2つの前記第1感知電極セットに容量結合され、前記各感知セットの前記各第2感知電極および別の前記感知セットの隣接する1つの前記第2感知電極が、同じ前記第1感知電極セットに容量結合されたタッチ感知装置。 - 前記第1感知電極セット、前記第1導電性ラインおよび前記感知セットが、単層の導電層により形成された請求項1又は2に記載のタッチ感知装置。
- 前記単層の導電層が、透明導電層である請求項3に記載のタッチ感知装置。
