Claims (4)
- 上ロール(10)と下ロール(20)からなるロール対を備え、前記上ロール(10)と前記下ロール(20)の間にロール間隙(30)が形成され、前記上ロール(10)と前記下ロール(20)のそれぞれには相互に軸方向に対向する2つのロールジャーナル(12;22)が設けられ;
それぞれのロールジャーナル(12;22)に対して少なくとも2つの軸受ブロック(18、18’;28、28’)を備え、1つの軸受けブロックに1つ又は2つ以上の軸受が受け入れられ;
軸受ブロック(18’、28’)を備え、前記軸受ブロック(18’、28’)はいずれも前記ロールジャーナルの外側において、前記第1レバーアーム(161、261)と前記第2レバーアーム(162、262)を有する締め付けラッチ(16;26)の中に配置され;
前記上ロール(10)の前記各締め付けラッチ(16)の前記第2レバーアーム(162)と前記下ロール(20)の前記各締め付けラッチ(26)の前記第2レバーアーム(262)は、第1作動部(34)を介して相互に接続され;
前記上ロール(10)と前記下ロール(20)の相互に対応する宝石軸受(14、24)と締め付けラッチ(16、26)は対向して配置され;
調節装置が前記第1作動部(34)と前記第2作動部(36)に作用する、
ロール間隙調節装置において、
前記ロールジャーナルの内側に配置された前記軸受ブロック(18、28)は、いずれも宝石軸受(14、24)内に配置され、
前記上ロール(10)の前記締め付けラッチ(16)の前記第1レバーアーム(161)と、前記下ロール(20)の前記締め付けラッチ(26)の前記第1レバーアーム(261)は、相互に固く接続され、
相互に対向して配置された前記上ロール(10)と前記下ロール(20)の宝石軸受(14、24)は、前記第2作動部(36)を介して相互に接続されていることを特徴とする、ロール間隙調節装置。 - 前記第1作動部(34)及び/又は前記第2作動部(36)は、液圧駆動部、空圧駆動部、又は電気で駆動される機械作動部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロール間隙調節装置。
- 軸受ブロックは、ピボット軸受筺体から構成され、前記ピボット軸受筐体に収容されている軸受は、共通の軸に枢動可能に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロール間隙調節装置。
- 請求項1記載のロール間隙調節装置のロール間隙調節法であって、
a)所定の推力、所定の線形負荷に応じて前記ロール間隙(30)を調節するために、前記第1作動部(34)を動作させるステップ;と
b)前記ロール間隙を通過する材料繊維の特定の密度によって決められる相対的静止位置に前記宝石軸受(14、24)を保つために、前記第2作動部(36)を動作させるステップとを備えたことを特徴とするロール間隙調節法。
