Description

The present invention relates to a sling jig used for lifting work by a crane or the like.

In general, when a large electric device, such as a heavy load, is lifted by a crane, a sling jig including a wire rope (for example, refer to Patent Document 1) is interposed between the crane hook and the lifting object. The lifting work can be done safely and efficiently. As such heavy objects, for example, a case where a closed type switchboard in which various electric devices such as a circuit breaker are housed in a casing is transported to the site and installed will be considered.

Usually, lifting rings are provided on the upper surfaces of the four corners of the casing of such a closed type switchboard, and hooks at the tips of the lifting wires are respectively engaged with the lifting rings, and the base ends of these four wires. Is hooked on the hook of the crane and lifted by the crane. In this case, there is a problem in terms of safety because the operation of engaging the hooks at the tips of the four wires with the lifting ring on the upper surface of the housing is performed in an unstable state. In addition, when the four wires whose base ends are hooked on the crane hook are moved onto the closed type switchboard which is the object to be suspended by operating the crane, in the process of the movement, these four wires are used. May become entangled with each other, making it more difficult to engage the hook at the tip of the hook with the lifting ring.

In such a case, the slinging worker can climb up to the vicinity of the lifting ring, untangle the wire, and manually engage the hook at the tip of the lifting ring directly by hand. In many cases, the height to the ceiling surface exceeds 2 meters, and a scaffold is required to climb to the vicinity of the lifting ring provided on the upper surface. However, in the case of lifting work from a truck bed, a scaffold cannot be provided on a narrow truck bed.

For this reason, the worker must work while climbing on a lifting device such as a stepladder or ladder, or climbing on the ceiling, and must work in an extremely unstable state. In addition, there is a problem in terms of workability, and the movement of the work place is accompanied by the movement of the lifting equipment, which requires a lot of work time, so there is room for improvement in terms of work efficiency.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-81867

As described above, according to the conventional technique, the work becomes extremely difficult in an environment where a scaffold cannot be provided, which requires a lot of work time and is not preferable from the viewpoint of safety.

An object of the present invention is to provide a sling jig capable of ensuring the safety of an operator and improving the workability.

The sling jig according to the embodiment of the present invention has a support body having a pivot shaft whose plane forms an annular shape, and a plurality of support bars, and each end of the support bars forms an annular shape of the support body. An opening / closing mechanism in which the plurality of support rods are rotatably connected to pivot shafts and arranged in a tube bundle shape, and each of the tube bundle-like support rods can be opened and closed in a radial direction when viewed from the plane. One end of each support rod is connected to the open / close end, a suspension wire provided with a hook with a twist back mechanism at the other end, a remote control rod having one end coupled to the hook, the planar direction center portion of the support was capable of advancing and retreating through the hanging ring is provided integrally at one end to the other end, disposed within barrel bundle of a plurality of support rods disposed in the tube bundle And a plurality of guide grooves that are slidably in contact with each of the support rods along its length. A suspension rod having an opening / closing operation plate, wherein the opening / closing operation plate has a length from the center in the planar direction to the bottom of the plurality of guide grooves, and the pivot shaft from the center in the planar direction of the support body. It is characterized by being larger than the length up to.

According to the present invention, the suspension wire can be untangled and work can be performed from a stable position by remote control, so that the safety of the operator is ensured and the workability is improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an operation of suspending a closed type switchboard 12 placed on a loading platform of a truck 11 on the ground using a sling jig 13 according to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 2, the ball-hanging jig 13 is roughly configured by a support body 21, an opening / closing mechanism 22, a hanging wire 23, a remote control rod 24, and a hanging rod 25.

The support 21 has a pivot shaft 21a having a circular plane. In this embodiment, an annular pivot shaft 21a is used. However, the pivot shaft 21a is not limited to an annular ring, and may be a pivot shaft formed of a square annular body.

The opening / closing mechanism 22 has a plurality of support bars 27 and opens and closes these support bars 27. Each end of these support rods 27 is integrally formed in a ring shape as shown in the figure, and is connected to a pivotal support shaft 21a forming the ring shape of the support body 21 as shown in FIG. . Since the plurality of support rods 27 are arranged and connected along the circumferential direction of the pivot shaft 21a having one end, the length portions (shaft portions) are arranged in a cylindrical bundle shape. . Accordingly, the cylindrical support rods 27 open and close in the radial direction when viewed from the plane by rotating about the pivot shaft 21a.

The suspension wires 23 are provided in the same number as the support rods 27, and one ends (upper ends in the drawing) are connected to the end portions (lower ends in the drawing) of the support rods 27, respectively. The other end (lower end in the figure) of the wire 23 is provided with a hook 28 with a twist back mechanism. This hook 28 is for engaging the lifting ring 14 on the switchboard 12 shown in FIG. 1 to lift the switchboard 12. Here, the twist back mechanism refers to a structure in which the hook 28 part does not rotate even when the twist wire 23 is twisted and rotated in the outer peripheral direction. On the other hand, even if the hook portion 28 rotates in the outer circumferential direction, the suspension wire 23 is kept in a non-rotating state, and the structure itself is known.

One end of the remote control rod 24 is connected to the hook 28. As shown by an arrow A in FIG. 4, the remote control rod 24 is connected to the hook 28 so that the angle in the length direction (shaft portion) can be adjusted. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, one end portion of the remote control rod 24 and the hook 28 are configured to be sandwiched as shown in the figure by two wire-shaped connecting tools 29 formed in a U-shape. Good. With this configuration, the one end of the remote control rod 24 and the hook 28 can be connected at a predetermined interval, and the weight can be reduced, so that the hook 28 is engaged with the lifting ring 14 shown in FIG. Becomes easy.

In addition, as described above, the angle adjustment unit that allows the angle of the shaft portion to be adjusted with respect to the hook 28 is preferably provided on either the remote operation rod 24 side or the hook 28 side. Moreover, after adjusting to an arbitrary angle, you may comprise so that it may fix to the angle. This angle fixing mechanism can be operated by a known configuration by operating an operation wire or the like strung along the remote control rod 24.

As shown in FIG. 3, the hanging rod 25 has a shaft portion 31 that penetrates through the center portion in the plane direction of the annular support 21 so as to advance and retreat. A suspension ring 32 is integrally provided at one end of the shaft 31 and is detachably connected to a hook of a crane (not shown). An opening / closing operation plate 33 is integrally provided at the other end of the shaft portion 31. As shown in FIG. 5, the opening / closing operation plate 33 has a circular plane (may be a square other than a circular shape), and the flat surface is provided along the end surface direction of the shaft portion 31 and is arranged in a tube bundle shape. A plurality of support rods 27 are arranged in the tube bundle. Further, on the outer periphery of the opening / closing operation plate 33, a plurality of guide grooves 34 that are slidably in contact with each support rod 27 along its length direction are formed.

Here, the opening / closing operation plate 33 has a length R1 from the planar center portion X1 shown in FIG. 5 to the bottoms of the plurality of guide grooves 34, and from the planar center portion X2 of the support body 21 shown in FIG. Is set to be larger than the length R2.

Further, a buffer body 36 is provided on the upper surface of the opening / closing operation plate 33 in the figure, that is, on the contact surface with the support body 21 located at the upper part. Similarly, a concave portion 33a is formed on the upper surface of the opening / closing operation plate 33 so as to avoid the connecting portion of the support rod 27 connected to the pivot shaft 21a of the support 21.

In the above configuration, when the switchboard 12 placed on the loading platform of the truck 11 is suspended on the ground at or near the installation location, the upper end suspension ring of the suspension rod 25 of the sling jig 13 is hooked to the hook of the crane (not shown). 32 is connected, this sling jig 13 is lifted and moved above the switchboard 12 which is the object to be hung.

Usually, the sling jig 13 is lowered by its own weight when the sling jig 13 is in a state before being lifted by a crane, that is, when no external force is applied. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 2A, the opening / closing operation plate 33 is located away from the support body 21, and the plurality of support rods 27 arranged in a tube bundle are in a closed state. In this closed state, the lower end in the drawing, which is the end portion of the support rod 27 on the opening and closing side, is close to each other, so that the suspension wire 23 may be intertwined.

In this state, as described above, when the crane is connected to the suspension rod 25 of the sling jig 13 and lifted by the crane, the support body 21 and the plurality of support rods 27 connected to the support body 21 have a descending force due to their own weight. The suspension rod 25 is lifted by a crane. For this reason, the hanging rod 25 and the opening / closing operation plate 33 at the lower end thereof are raised relative to the support 21. The opening / closing operation plate 33 has a length R1 from the center portion X1 shown in FIG. 5 to the bottoms of the plurality of guide grooves 34, and a length R2 from the center portion X2 of the support body 21 to the pivot shaft 21a shown in FIG. Since the opening / closing operation plate 33 is raised, the plurality of support bars 27 engaged with the guide grooves 34 are pushed outward as shown in FIG. And open in the radial direction. By the opening operation of the plurality of support rods 27, the gap between the lower ends in the figure, which is the end portion on the opening and closing side of the support rods 27, is widened, and the entangled suspension wire 23 is also released.

When the suspension wires 27 are separated from each other and moved onto the switchboard 12 as shown in FIG. 1, the operator uses the remote control rod 24 connected to the hook 28 at the lower end of the suspension wire 27 to hook. 28 is engaged with the lifting ring 14 on the switchboard 12. At this time, since the hook 28 is provided with a twist back mechanism, the hook 28 maintains a constant direction regardless of the twist on the hanging wire 23 side, and the angle of the shaft portion of the remote control rod 24 can be adjusted. Since it can be set to an arbitrary operation angle, the operation is easy and it can be quickly engaged with the lifting ring 14. Further, the one end of the remote control rod 24 and the hook 28 are connected to each other with a predetermined interval by two wire-shaped connecting tools 29 formed in a U-shape. The operation bar 24 does not touch and damage the outer surface of the switchboard 12 at the time of engaging operation. Furthermore, since the wire-like connector 29 is used, the upper end of the operation bar 24 can be reduced in weight. The burden on the person can be greatly reduced.

Further, when the switchboard 12 is lifted by the crane after the hook 28 is engaged with the lifting ring 14, the opening / closing operation plate 33 comes into contact with the bottom surface of the support 21 located at the upper part. Since the entire lifting load is applied to the contact portion, a strong impact is generated. In this embodiment, since the buffer body 36 having an elastic force such as rubber is provided at the abutting portion, this strong impact can be effectively buffered, and parts can be prevented from being damaged.

In this way, after the switchboard 12 is suspended from the ground, the work is completed by removing the hooks 28 from the lifting ring 14 on the switchboard 12. The removal of the hook 28 from the lifting ring 14 allows a large work space on the ground, so that it can be directly removed manually by installing a simple scaffold.
