Claims (2)
- 培地基材と栄養剤を混合し水分調整して得られる混合物に、通常の室内で、放線菌Streptomyces属菌であって抗生物質を分泌するStreptomyces rimosusと、担子菌を接種し、3〜12℃で培養する担子菌類培養方法。
- 前記Streptomyces rimosusと前記担子菌とを、米ぬかを含む前記培地基材とともに混合して培養する請求項1記載の担子菌類培養方法。
