Description
Claims (18)
- 骨固定装置であって、
骨または脊椎に固定されるよう構成される、ヘッド(3)およびシャフト(2)を有する骨固定要素(1)と、
前記骨固定要素を安定化要素(100)に結合するための受入部(4)とを含み、前記受入部は、
上端部(4a)および底端部(4b)と、前記上端部から前記底端部へと延在するとともに穴軸(C)を有する穴(9)と、
前記安定化要素を受け入れるための凹部(10)とを有し、前記凹部は前記穴(9)と連通し、前記骨固定装置はさらに、
前記穴(9)の中に配されるとともに前記穴軸の周りを回転可能であるシート部材(5)を含み、前記シート部材は、前記ヘッドを旋回可能に保持するためのシートを形成し、
前記シート部材は、前記穴軸(C)に対する一方の側に対して、他方の側と比較して前記骨固定要素のより大きな旋回角度を可能にするよう構成され、前記骨固定装置はさらに、
前記ヘッドに圧力をかけるよう前記ヘッドに接触する圧力部材(6)を含み、前記圧力部材(6)は前記シート部材の角度調整を可能にするよう前記シート部材(5)に接続され、
前記圧力部材(6)は、回転力を前記シート部材(5)に伝達するよう前記シート部材に接続される、骨固定装置。 - 前記圧力部材(6)は前記シート部材(5)に対して軸方向に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記シート部材(5)は、前記受入部(4)において停止部(13)に当接する、請求項1または2に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記シート部材(5)は少なくとも部分的に球状の内面(16a)を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記シート部材(5)は前記底端部(4b)にて、少なくとも部分的に前記受入部(4)から突出する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記シート部材は、拡大された旋回角度を一方の側に対して与えるよう傾斜した下側縁部(16c)を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(6)および前記シート部材(5)は形状嵌合接続を介して接続され、前記圧力部材(6)が前記シート部材(5)に対して軸方向に摺動可能であり、かつ、前記圧力部材(6)から前記シート部材(5)に回転力を伝達可能なように、前記圧力部材(6)の内表面および前記シート部材(5)の外表面が互いに係合する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記シート部材(5)は、前記圧力部材(6)にて対応する突出部(21)または凹部と係合する少なくとも1つの軸方向凹部(18)または突出部を含む、請求項5に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材は、ドライバとの係合のための係合部分(22)を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記係合部分は、圧力部材において、前記ヘッド(3)から離れる側に設けられる、請求項9に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記シート部材(5)は円筒部(15)を有し、前記圧力部材(6)は円筒部を有し、これらの円筒部は互いに対して軸方向に移動可能であるが回転方向には固定される、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(6)は第1の圧力部材であり、第2の圧力部材(7)が前記受入部において前記第1の圧力部材の上に設けられ、前記第2の圧力部材(7)は前記安定化要素(100)をガイドするための凹部(23)を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記ヘッドが前記シート部材(5)にロックされる状態において、前記第2の圧力部材は前記シート部材に触れることなく前記第1の圧力部材(6)を押す、請求項12に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記第2の圧力部材は前記第1の圧力部材(6)に対して回転可能である、請求項12または13に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記第2の圧力部材(7)は、前記受入部(4)において回転しないように固定される、請求項12に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記安定化要素のための前記凹部(10)はU字型である、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置の旋回角度を調節するための方法であって、
前記シート部材または前記受入部(4)を支持装置(30)において支持するステップと、
拡大された旋回角度の向きを調節するよう前記シート部材(5)に対して前記受入部(4)を回転させるステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記シート部材(5)は前記支持装置(30)において形状嵌合の態様で凹部(32a)内に支持され、前記圧力部材(6)が前記シート部材(5)に対して軸方向に摺動可能であり、かつ、前記圧力部材(6)から前記シート部材(5)に回転力を伝達可能なように、前記圧力部材(6)の内表面および前記シート部材(5)の外表面が互いに係合する、請求項17に記載の方法。
