Description

The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for preventing an article placed on a shelf from falling, and more particularly to a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for preventing a document from being placed side by side on a shelf surface of a bookshelf. The present invention relates to a bookshelf having an adhesive tape.

As a means to prevent items stored in the shelf from falling due to earthquakes, etc., there are protrusions provided on the shelf surface, bars, strings or plates bridged to the entrance and lower part of the shelf, and anti-slip affixed to the entire shelf surface. Sheets and the like are known. For example, Patent Document 1 that discloses a bookshelf provided with a strip-like body on which a non-slip pattern is formed discloses that a rubber-like elastic material such as rubber, vinyl chloride, or polyurethane resin has elasticity as shown in FIG. A plurality of strips (9) each having a non-slip pattern (8) formed on the surface of the material are arranged and fixed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the shelf surface (3).

Further, for example, in Patent Document 2 that discloses a shelf sheet provided with a non-slip portion, “only the front end portion 11 of the front portion of the sheet material 10 provided with a slippery front portion and a slippery back portion, or It is described that only the front end portion and the rear end portion are provided with a non-slip portion 20 for suppressing slippage of the article placed on the sheet material.

Further, for example, in Patent Document 3 that discloses a fall prevention sheet that automatically forms a protrusion, “FIG. 7 is a sectional view of a use state in which the fall prevention sheet shown in FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the state in which the fall prevention sheet stops slipping of the stored items.

実開昭60−163051号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-163051 特開2000−41770号公報JP 2000-41770 A 特開平9−51826号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-51826

When a stopper or the like is provided at the entrance of the bookshelf, it may be difficult to put in and out of a book, and it may be difficult to provide such a stopper with a shelf having a special structure. Moreover, although the invention described in Patent Document 1 seems to be effective for preventing the book in FIG. 1 from slipping in the left-right direction, a sufficient effect cannot be obtained for preventing falling from the bookshelf during an earthquake.

In addition, when a non-slip sheet is arranged on the entire shelf surface as in Patent Document 2 or 3, it may be difficult to put in and out the stored item due to friction between the sheet and a stored item such as a book. This is disadvantageous in terms of cost.

Therefore, the present invention is effective in preventing the fall of articles on the shelf such as books (including document files and recording media such as CDs, DVDs, and video tapes; the same applies hereinafter) due to earthquakes, etc. by only sticking partly on the shelf. Adhesive tape for preventing falling of articles on the shelf that does not obstruct normal operation of loading and unloading, a method for using the adhesive tape, and a book shelf having the adhesive tape (files for documents, CDs, DVDs, video tapes, etc. Including a shelf for a recording medium (the same applies hereinafter).

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, a surface layer formed of a urethane resin film or an olefin elastomer resin film having a first surface in a mat state and a static friction coefficient of 0.8 or more; A shelf having a reinforcing layer attached to a second surface opposite to the first surface and having an adhesive layer on a surface opposite to the surface attached to the second surface of the surface layer An adhesive tape for preventing an article from falling is provided.

Another aspect of the present invention provides a bookshelf including a shelf on which the above-mentioned shelf-item-preventing pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is affixed so as not to be separated by 25 mm or more from an edge of the shelf surface on the book entry / exit side.

Still another embodiment of the present invention is a method of using the above-mentioned shelf-item-fall prevention adhesive tape, wherein the shelf-item-fall prevention adhesive tape is separated by 25 mm or more from an edge of the bookshelf on the shelf side of the bookshelf. A method of use is provided that includes partially sticking so as not to.

The adhesive tape for preventing fall of articles on the shelf according to the present invention can be easily attached to the shelf surface of bookshelves, etc., and articles such as books can be taken in and out in the same way as conventional shelves, although the surface resistance is large. First, the adhesive tape does not peel off due to the rigidity of the reinforcing layer, and can be easily peeled off if unnecessary. Furthermore, it exhibits very good performance for preventing the fall of articles such as books.

The anti-falling adhesive tape according to the present invention is particularly suitable for use on a bookshelf, and has a fall-preventing function by sticking partly so that it is not separated from the edge of the bookshelf shelf side by 25 mm or more. The workability of taking in and out of the book is ensured while maintaining it.

It is sectional drawing which shows the basic composition of the adhesive tape for articles | goods fall prevention which concerns on the 1st Embodiment of this invention. It is sectional drawing which shows the basic composition of the adhesive tape for articles | goods fall prevention which concerns on the 2nd Embodiment of this invention. It is sectional drawing which shows the example of the adhesive tape which does not comprise a reinforcement layer. It is a figure which shows the example which applied the adhesive tape for articles | goods fall prevention which concerns on this invention to the bookshelf.

Hereinafter, non-limiting embodiments of an anti-falling adhesive tape (hereinafter abbreviated as an adhesive tape) of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an adhesive tape 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The adhesive tape 10 includes a surface layer 14 having a first surface 12 in a mat state and a static friction coefficient of 0.8 or more, and a second surface 16 opposite to the first surface 12 of the surface layer 14. And a reinforcing layer 18 adhered by an easy adhesion treatment such as a corona treatment, and a release paper or liner 20 adhered to the reinforcement layer 18 and removed when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 10 is used. The reinforcing layer 18 includes a base material 22 and an adhesive layer 24 applied to both surfaces of the base material 22. As the adhesive layer 24, a strong adhesive and removable acrylic adhesive is preferable.

The surface layer 14 is a urethane resin film or an olefin elastomer resin film, and the first surface 12 has a matte treatment with a surface roughness of 2.0 micrometers or less, preferably 0.5 to 2.0 micrometers. It has been subjected. With such surface roughness, it is possible to easily put in and out books, and to reduce the adhesion of dust and the like to the adhesive tape. In addition, the surface layer 14 and the reinforcing layer 18 may be configured to be transparent, thereby obtaining an effect that the adhesive tape 10 becomes inconspicuous when pasted on a bookshelf or the like.

Further, the entire thickness of the adhesive tape 10 excluding the release paper 20 is preferably thin, specifically, it is preferably 300 micrometers or less, and more preferably 250 micrometers or less. On the other hand, if the thickness exceeds 300 micrometers, for example, the book is likely to hit the step between the shelf surface and the adhesive tape when the book is put in and out, and workability is reduced.

The reinforcing layer 18 is used to increase the rigidity of the adhesive tape 10 and to prevent the adhesive tape 10 from being turned up when a book is put in and out of the book shelf, for example. A polyester film is preferably used. The material constituting the reinforcing layer 18 includes polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), syndiotactic polystyrene (SPS), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polycarbonate (PC), polyarylate (PAr), polysulfone ( PSF), polyester sulfone (PES), polyetherimide (PEI), transparent polyimide (PI) and the like. Particularly preferably used in the present invention is polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing an adhesive tape 30 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the adhesive tape 30 and the adhesive tape 10 of the first embodiment is that there is no adhesive between the surface layer 14 and the base material 22 of the reinforcing layer 18. Are integrated with a base material 22 made of a polyester film or the like (for example, thickness 50 micrometers) subjected to primer treatment, and then an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive 24 having a predetermined dry thickness (for example, 25 micrometers) is applied to one side ( The adhesive tape 30 having a structure as shown in FIG. 2 is obtained by applying or bonding to the opposite side of the surface layer 14. Since other parts may be the same as those of the first embodiment, detailed description thereof is omitted.

When the adhesive tape according to the present invention is applied to the shelf surface, the distance between the edge in front of the shelf surface (book entry / exit side) and the adhesive tape (distance perpendicular to the direction in which the edge extends) is 0 mm or more and 25 mm. Less than is effective. Also, considering the ease of sticking and price while maintaining the fall prevention performance of books stored in the bookshelf, the tape width (the width in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the front edge of the shelf surface) may be 10 mm or more. 20 mm or more is preferable. The tape width can be 50 mm or less, preferably 30 mm or less. If the tape width is 10 mm or more, the books stored in the bookshelf can be prevented from falling so that the back of the book is positioned on the adhesive tape, and if the tape width is 20 mm or more, the attachment position It is difficult to be affected by variations and variations in the position of the book, can hold the book stably, and is less likely to peel off the adhesive tape when the book is put in and out. On the other hand, when the tape width is larger than 30 mm, the book drop prevention effect is not greatly improved as compared with the case of 30 mm. Further, when the tape width is 50 mm or more, the drop prevention effect is not improved as compared with the case of 50 mm.

Hereinafter, non-limiting examples of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to the present invention will be described. Basically, the basic configuration of Examples 1 to 4 and 6 is equivalent to that shown in FIG. 1, and the basic configuration of Example 5 is equivalent to that shown in FIG.

A thermoplastic urethane resin was extruded by a T-die method onto a process paper matted to a surface roughness of 1.2 micrometers to obtain a transparent mat film having a thickness of 150 micrometers. Next, the surface of the transparent mat film was subjected to corona treatment so that the surface wetness index was 62, and then Scotch (registered trademark) double-sided adhesive tape No. 1 manufactured by Sumitomo 3M Limited was used. 416 was laminated to produce an adhesive tape. The adhesive tape is cut into a band shape having a width of 20 mm and a length of 880 mm (a value approximately equal to the lateral length of each shelf surface), and substantially along the edge of the book shelf shelf surface (book entry side) (along the gap) No)), and the following seismic vibration experiment was conducted to measure the drop rate of books in the bookshelf. The results are shown in Table 1.

Further, the static friction coefficient of the tape surface was measured by a method according to JIS P8417. The load was 1 kg, and the test was performed with a 6 cm × 6 cm test area of an olefin type book cover (manufactured by Kihara Co., Ltd.). In addition, the book loading / unloading test was performed 1000 times by hand to determine whether the book was caught or easily loaded / unloaded. The results are shown in Table 1.

Although it was the same as that of Example 1, the adhesive tape width was 25 mm and the same evaluation was performed. The results are shown in Table 1.

Although it was substantially the same as Example 1, the same evaluation was performed by setting the width of the adhesive tape to 50 mm. The results are shown in Table 1.

Although it was substantially the same as Example 1, the same evaluation was performed with the adhesive tape width set to 100 mm. The results are shown in Table 1.

A thermoplastic urethane resin is extruded onto a 50-micrometer-thick double-sided primer-treated polyester film to form a 150-micrometer-thick integrated product, and a process paper with a surface roughness of 1.2 micrometers on the urethane surface. Laminated and matted. Furthermore, an acrylic adhesive copolymerized with 95% butyl acrylate (BA), 3% acrylic acid (AA) and 2% vinyl acetate (Vac) is mixed with an isocyanate cross-linking agent at a dry thickness of 25 micrometers. After drying, a 25 mm wide adhesive tape was prepared and evaluated. The results are shown in Table 1.

Example 6 differs from Example 1 in the material of the surface layer. A thermoplastic olefin elastomer resin (ethylene / octene copolymer) was extruded by T-die method onto a process paper matted to a surface roughness of 1.2 micrometers to obtain a transparent mat film having a thickness of 150 micrometers. Next, the mat film surface was subjected to corona treatment to make the surface wetness index 58, and then Scotch (registered trademark) double-sided adhesive tape No. 1 manufactured by Sumitomo 3M Limited. 416 was laminated to produce an adhesive tape. The adhesive tape is cut into a band shape having a width of 25 mm and a length of 880 mm, and is attached along the edge (without a gap) in front of the shelf surface of the bookshelf (with no gaps), and the same test as in Example 1 is performed. It was. The results are shown in Table 1.

In all of the above Examples 1 to 6, the adhesive tape is affixed so as to be substantially along the edge of the bookshelf on the shelf side (front side) (without a gap), but the adhesive tape is separated from the front edge by 25 mm. Even if affixed, a certain effect can be obtained with respect to preventing the book from falling, and when it is affixed 15 mm apart, an effect comparable to Examples 1 to 6 can be obtained. Therefore, the adhesive tape is preferably affixed so as not to be separated from the edge in front of the shelf surface by 25 mm or more, preferably 15 mm or more.

Comparative Example 1
The test similar to the said Example was done as the comparative example 1 without sticking an adhesive tape on the shelf surface of the bookshelf of FIG. The results are shown in Table 2.

Comparative Example 2
In the configuration shown in FIG. 1, a test similar to that of the above example was performed as Comparative Example 2 in which the surface layer 14 was a transparent gloss urethane film. First, a thermoplastic urethane resin was extruded onto a polyester film process paper by a T-die method to obtain a transparent gloss film having a thickness of 150 micrometers. Next, the gloss film surface was subjected to corona treatment to bring the surface wetness index to 62, and then Scotch (registered trademark) double-sided adhesive tape No. 1 manufactured by Sumitomo 3M Limited. 416 was laminated to produce an adhesive tape. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape was cut into a strip having a width of 25 mm and a length of 880 mm, and affixed substantially along the edge (without a gap) in front of the shelf surface of the bookshelf (with no gaps).
