Description

The present invention relates to the production how the toilet seat.

Conventionally, a method for manufacturing a toilet seat by vibration welding is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In the method for manufacturing a toilet seat described in Patent Document 1, the seat portion is joined to the bottom portion by vibration welding to form a toilet seat.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-165331

By the way, in the toilet bowl, the load applied to the toilet seat is supported by making the toilet seat thick. However, in the thick toilet seat, the toilet seat does not bend along the buttocks, so the seating comfort is poor, and when the toilet seat is warmed by the heater, the toilet seat is difficult to warm up. Therefore, by making the toilet seat thin and making it easy to bend, the shape of the toilet seat is made to conform to the buttocks, and the heat of the heater is easily conducted to the toilet seat. However, if the toilet seat is thin, there is a possibility that the load applied to the toilet seat cannot be supported. Therefore, the support portion 63 that supports the toilet seat is disposed inside the toilet seat.

A method for manufacturing a toilet seat on which the support portion 63 is disposed will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 4A, the seat portion 61 is installed on the seat surface support 66. The heater 64 is bonded to the back surface of the seat portion 61, the buffer material 65 is bonded to the back surface of the heater 64, and the support portion 63 is disposed in close contact with the back surface of the buffer material 65. Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the vibration jig 67 in which the bottom 62 is fitted so that the end of the bottom 62 and the end of the seat 61 and the support 63 are aligned is attached to the seat support 66. Place. By pressurizing and performing vibration welding, the end of the bottom 62, the seat 61, and the end of the support 63 are fixed, and a toilet seat as shown in FIG. 4C can be provided.

At this time, when the molded product such as the support portion 63 that supports the load, the heater 64, and the cushioning material 65 is disposed inside the toilet seat, the support portion 63 is in close contact with the seat portion 61 via the heater 64 and the cushioning material 65. It was necessary to be arranged. After the support part 63 and the seat part 61 are disposed in close contact with each other, a desired toilet seat can be obtained by fixing the seat part 61, the support part 63, and the bottom part 62 by vibration welding. However, in order to bring the support portion 63 and the seat portion 61 into close contact with each other, the shape of the support portion 63 must match the seat portion 61, and high dimensional accuracy of the support portion 63 and the seat portion 61 is required. It was. Since it is difficult to achieve the high dimensional accuracy, it is difficult for the support portion 63 and the seat portion 61 to have the same shape over the entire circumference.

The present invention was invented in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat manufacturing method that automatically absorbs errors in the shapes of the support section and the seat section. As the heater 41, a heating wire such as a nichrome wire, a so-called PTC heater, or a microtubing heater is appropriately used.

The cushioning material 42 is provided on the back surface between the inner peripheral end of the seat 2 and the outer peripheral end of the seat 2 via a heater 41, and is arranged to protect the heater 41 when a load is applied to the toilet seat 4. It is installed. The cushioning material 42 is preferably made of a material rich in elasticity such as rubber and has a heat resistance.

The support portion 1 is made of synthetic resin and is used to support a load when a load is applied to the toilet seat 4. The support portion 1 has an annular shape in plan view and is convex upward in a cross section perpendicular to the circumferential direction. Yes. The upper surface of the support portion 1 is a support surface 11 along the cushioning material 42 provided on the back surface of the seat portion 2.

As shown in FIG. 3, the bottom end surface 12 a located at the inner peripheral end of the support portion 1 is inclined so as to be located on the opposite side of the support surface 11 toward the inner peripheral side, and is located at the outer peripheral end of the support portion 1. The bottom end surface 12b is inclined so as to be located on the side opposite to the support surface 11 as it goes to the outer peripheral side. The inclination will be described later in detail.

As shown in FIG. 1, a notch 14 that is divided in the circumferential direction is provided at a part in the circumferential direction of the bottom end portion 13 a located at the inner circumferential end of the support portion 1. Further, a notch 14 that is divided in the circumferential direction is provided in a part of the bottom end portion 13 b located at the outer peripheral end of the support portion 1 in the circumferential direction. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the notches 14 are provided up to the vicinity of the center of the support portion 1, and a plurality of notches 14 are provided in the circumferential direction of the support portion 1. The notch 14 will be described in detail later.

As shown in FIG. 1, a rib 15 is provided in a direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction at a part of the circumferential direction of the bottom end portion 13 a located at the inner circumferential end of the support portion 1. Further, ribs 15 that are perpendicular to the circumferential direction are provided in part of the circumferential direction of the bottom end portion 13 b located at the outer peripheral end of the support portion 1.

A jig for performing vibration welding is formed of a vibration jig 51 and a seating surface support 52.

The vibration jig 51 has a concave surface along the bottom portion 3, and the bottom surface of the bottom portion 3 is fitted into the concave surface, and the bottom portion 3 is fixed to the vibration jig 51.

The seating surface support 52 has a concave surface along the seating surface 21, and in the state in which the heater 41 and the cushioning material 42 are provided on the seating portion 2, imparts deformation resistance against the pressure of vibration welding, and the seating surface The seat 2 is supported by abutting on the seat 21. In the present embodiment, the heater 41 and the buffer material 42 are bonded with an adhesive or the like, but the present invention is not limited to this.

The support portion 1 is disposed in the seat portion 2 such that the support surface 11 is along the cushioning material 42 provided on the seat portion 2. The bottom end portion 13a of the inner peripheral end of the support portion 1 is adjacent to the bottom end portion 23a of the inner peripheral end of the seat portion 2, and the bottom end portion 13b of the outer peripheral end of the support portion 1 is the bottom end of the outer peripheral end of the seat portion 2. It arrange | positions so that the part 23b may be adjoined.

The vibration jig 51 to which the bottom portion 3 is attached is placed so as to cover from above the seat surface support 52 to which the seat portion 2, the heater 41, the cushioning material 42, and the support portion 1 are attached. Then, the vibration jig 51 is pressurized. The bottom end surface 31a at the inner peripheral end of the bottom portion 3, the inclined bottom end surface 12a at the inner peripheral end of the support portion 1, and the inclined bottom end surface 22a at the inner peripheral end of the seat portion 2 are pressurized. Further, the bottom end surface 31 b at the outer peripheral end of the bottom portion 3, the inclined bottom end surface 12 b at the outer peripheral end of the support portion 1, and the inclined bottom end surface 22 b at the outer peripheral end of the seat portion 2 are pressurized. By being provided with the above-described inclination, when being fixed by vibration welding, the applied pressure is converted into a force in a direction to be expanded in the left-right direction by the inclination, and the inclination of the support portion 1 and the seat portion 2 is changed in the left-right direction. Can be spread. The bottom end portion 13a of the inner peripheral end of the support portion 1 is in pressure contact with the bottom end portion 23a of the inner peripheral end of the seat portion 2, and the bottom end portion 13b of the outer peripheral end of the support portion 1 is the outer end of the seat portion 2. Press contact with the bottom end 23b. When the support portion 1 is pressed and pressed against the member, if the tip of the notch 14 in the center direction of the support portion 1 is square, stress concentration occurs and the support portion 1 is easily cracked. Therefore, the shape of the tip is a circle as shown in FIG. 2A, or the corner is smoothed as shown in FIG. 2B. With these pressure contacted, the bottom end surface 22 of the seat portion 2, the bottom end surface 12 of the support portion 1, and the bottom end surface 31 of the bottom portion 3 are fixed by vibration welding.

As described above, according to the method for manufacturing the toilet seat 4 described above, by providing the support portion 1 with the notches 14, the shape of the support portion 1 can be deformed more than when the support portion 1 does not have the notches 14. And when many notches 14 are provided, the support part 1 is divided | segmented into plurality. Therefore, when the seat part 2, the support part 1, and the bottom part 3 are fixed by vibration welding, it can deform | transform so that the part along which the support part 1 is divided | segmented may be along the seat part 2. FIG. Therefore, even if there is a dimensional error between the support part 1 and the seat part 2, the support part 1 and the seat part 2 can be brought into close contact with each other.

In addition, an inclination of the bottom end surface 12a of the support portion 1 and an inclination of the bottom end surface 22a of the seat portion 2, and an inclination of the bottom end surface 12b of the support portion 1 and an inclination of the bottom end surface 22b of the seat portion 2 are provided. Thus, the inclination described above is expanded in the left-right direction by pressurization through the vibration jig 51. Therefore, the support part 1 and the seat part 2 can be stuck.
