Description
ステップ1:アクリル共重合体の基本樹脂製造
かくはん機、環流冷却器、温度計及び窒素注入装置が付いた500mlの化学反応器にn−ブチルアクリレート40g、アクリル酸0.5g、グリシジルメタアクリレート0.5g及びメチルアクリレート8gの単量体を入れて溶媒としてエチルアセテート51gを加えて混合組成を準備した。前記重合反応完結後に得られた重合物にエチルアセテート63gを添加して希釈し、固形分30重量%になるように準備して、目的するアクリル共重合体の基本樹脂を合成した。
前記工程1で製造された基本樹脂であるアクリル共重合体100重量部に対して、硬化剤として3官能アジリジンアダクト(Aziridine adduct)1.0重量部を投入し、ポリウレタンゴム(誘電定数6.20、通常4.7〜9.53を有する)を10重量部を投入し、メチルエチルケトンを利用して希釈し均一に混合して混合物を製造した。
前記参考例1の粘着フィルムの製造工程(ステップ2)において、ポリウレタンゴムを20重量部添加したことを除いては、前記参考例1と同一に行った。
前記参考例1の粘着フィルムの製造工程(ステップ2)にて、ポリウレタンゴムを除いてビスフェノールA型エポキシ(誘電定数4.02)を10重量部添加したことを除いては、前記参考例1と同一に行った。
前記参考例1の粘着フィルムの製造工程(ステップ2)にて、ポリウレタンゴムを除いてビスフェノールA型エポキシを20重量部添加したことを除いては、前記参考例1と同一に行った。
前記参考例1の粘着フィルムの製造工程(ステップ2)にて、混合物に帯電防止剤として多層炭素ナノチューブ(multi−wall carbon nano tube、Hanwhaナノテク社製、CM−100)0.1重量部をさらに含有することを除いては、前記参考例1と同一に行った。
前記参考例1の粘着フィルムの製造工程(ステップ2)にて、ポリウレタンゴムを2重量部を添加したことを除いては、前記参考例1と同一に行った。
前記参考例1の粘着フィルムの製造工程(ステップ2)にて、ポリウレタンゴムを50重量部を添加したことを除いては、前記参考例1と同一に行った。

前記参考例1、2、5、実施例3、4、及び比較例1〜2にて製造された粘着フィルムを45mm測定円状プレートに試片を投入し、周波数10〜100KHzまで変化しながら誘電率を常温で測定した。測定機器は、Exstar 6000(DES100、Seiko Ins社製)を使用した。
前記参考例1、2、5、実施例3、4、及び比較例1〜2にて製造された粘着フィルムから軽剥離シートを除去した後、100μm厚のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを合紙した後、常温で1時間を放置した後、幅25mm、長さ150mmの剥離力測定試片を製作した。剥離力測定に使用されるガラスは、エチルアセテートできれいに洗浄した後、前記製作された試片の重剥離シートを除去して2kgのローラで付着し、常温で1時間放置した。このとき、測定は、180゜角度及び0.3m/分剥離速度で引張試験器を利用して測定した。
前記参考例1、2、5、実施例3、4、及び比較例1〜2にて製造された粘着フィルムから軽剥離シートを除去した後、30mm×40mm以上に裁断されたITOフィルムまたは透明電極フィルムのITO面または電極面に粘着剤を一部合紙させた。前記合紙したフィルムから重剥離シートを除去した後、他のITOフィルムまたは透明電極フィルムを図1に示されたように交差するように付着した。粘着フィルムとITOフィルムまたは透明電極フィルムと合紙するときには、2kgのロールを1回行った。常温で1時間放置した後、各々のITOフィルムの両方を接地させて測定した。

前記参考例1、2、5、実施例3、4、及び比較例1〜2にて製造された粘着フィルムから軽剥離シートを除去した後、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを合紙した後、常温で1時間放置した後、100mm×100mmに信頼性評価試片を製作し、洗浄されたガラスに2kgローラで付着した。
℃に投入して500時間の間に肉眼にて観察して、起泡の発生及びエッジの浮き立ちを観
察して、下記の基準に従って信頼性の評価を記録した。
○:耐湿熱と耐熱条件において起泡の発生または浮き立ちがない。
X:耐湿熱または耐熱条件において起泡の発生または浮き立ちが発生。
Claims (9)
- 電子ペーパーディスプレイ素子用誘電粘着フィルムにおいて、
電荷を帯びた粒子がコーティングされた上部電極及び電圧が印加される下部電極が互いに接着されるようにする粘着フィルムであって、
前記粘着フィルムは、2.0以上ないし10.0未満の誘電定数を有し、
前記粘着フィルムは、ポリエステル系重剥離シート、前記重剥離シートのシリコン離型コーティング面上に形成された粘着剤層及び前記粘着剤層上にポリエステル系軽剥離シートが合紙されたものであり、
前記粘着剤層は、粘着特性及び信頼性を付与するためのアクリル系粘着剤70ないし95重量%及び誘電定数を高くするために添加される誘電特性付与樹脂5ないし30重量%を含み、
前記誘電特性付与樹脂は、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂を含む、
ことを特徴とする、電子ペーパーディスプレイ素子用誘電粘着フィルム。 - 前記粘着剤層は、前記アクリル系粘着剤として、架橋可能な官能基を有さない単量体90ないし99.9重量%及び架橋可能な官能基を有した単量体0.1ないし10重量%が共重合されたアクリレート共重合体からなる基本樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子ペーパーディスプレイ素子用誘電粘着フィルム。
- 前記誘電特性付与樹脂は、さらにポリウレタン、ポリユリア(Polyurea)、ポリカーボネート、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエーテル、ポリビニルアセテート誘導体、ポリビニルフルオリド、ポリビニリデンフルオリド、アクリル(acrylic)またはメタアクリル(methacrylic)コポリマー、ビニルエーテルコポリマー、スチレンコポリマー、ジエンコポリマー、シロキサンコポリマー、セルロース誘導体、アラビアゴム、フェノール系化合物より選択される単独または2種以上の混合樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電子ペーパーディスプレイ素子用誘電粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層の厚さは、4.0μm以上ないし50.0μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電子ペーパーディスプレイ素子用誘電粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層は、電界が形成される方向への電気的抵抗値が1.0×104ないし9.9×109Ωであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電子ペーパーディスプレイ素子用誘電粘着フィルム。
- 前記架橋可能な官能基を有さない単量体は、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、n−プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、n−ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、2−エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、デシル(メタ)アクリレート、ドデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ミリスチル(メタ)アクリレート、パルミチル(メタ)アクリレート、ステアリル(メタ)アクリレート、n−テトラデシル(メタ)アクリレート、アクリロニトリルのアクリル系単量体及びビニルアセテートまたはスチレンを含むバイアクリル系単量体からなる群より選択される単独または2種以上の混合形態であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電子ペーパーディスプレイ素子用誘電粘着フィルム。
- 前記架橋可能な官能基を有した単量体は、2−ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、4−ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、6−ヒドロキシヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート及び2−ヒドロキシプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレートからなる群より選択される何れか一つのヒドロキシ基を含有するアクリル単量体;または(メタ)アクリル酸、マレイン酸及びフマル酸からなる群より選択される何れか一つのカルボキシル基を含有するアクリル単量体と、
またはアクリルアミド、N−ビニルピロリドン及びN−ビニルカプロラクタムからなる群より選択される何れか一つの窒素含有アクリル単量体より選択される単独または2種以上の混合形態であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電子ペーパーディスプレイ素子用誘電粘着フィルム。 - 前記粘着剤層は、アクリレート共重合体からなる基本樹脂100重量部に対して、エポキシ系架橋剤、アジリジン系架橋剤または多官能性イソシアネート系架橋剤より選択される単独または混合形態0.05ないし5重量部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電子ペーパーディスプレイ素子用誘電粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層は、誘電部分の特徴を付与するために炭素ナノチューブ、またはイオン性物質より選択された帯電防止剤1種以上がさらに含有されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電子ペーパーディスプレイ素子用誘電粘着フィルム。
