Description
1.5gのガラス粉末(ガラス転移点470℃、平均粒径1.0μm、製品名:B20、セントラル硝子社製)を一軸加圧成型用の金型に入れ、50MPaでプレス成型し成型体を作製した。次に、得られた成型体を電気ヒーターで加熱される箱型炉を用い、空気中で、昇温温度を10℃/分、昇温時間を46分とし、460℃で30分間の焼結を行い、前駆体を得た。得られた前駆体について相対密度を測定した。
Arガス中で2時間、490℃の条件下で加圧焼結を行い、焼結体を得た以外は、実施例1と同様の方法でガラス焼結体を得た。
前駆体を得るための焼結工程を経ずに、それ以外の条件は全て実施例1と同様の方法でガラス焼結体を得た。
Claims (2)
- 酸化物ガラスであるガラス粉末を乾式成型により成型体とする工程、該成型体を焼結して相対密度が90〜96%である前駆体を得る工程、及び該前駆体を酸素分圧が10体積%以上である酸素ガスと不活性ガスとの混合ガス雰囲気下で、前記混合ガスの圧力が100MPa以上とし、前記ガラス粉末のガラス転移点に対して+10〜+50℃で1〜20時間加圧焼結して焼結体を得る工程、を含む焼結体の製造方法。
- 前記焼結体を得る工程は、熱間等方加圧法を用い前記前駆体を加圧焼結する工程を含む請求項1に記載の焼結体の製造方法。
