しかし、持ち上げ方向の荷重に対して、前記嵩上げ基台カバー23の前記嵩上げ基台6への固定部分よりも、前記固定レール8の前記嵩上げ基台カバー23への固定部分の方が破損し易くなるように、強度関係を確実に設定しておくことが好ましい。これにより、架台に風の吹き上げによる大きな持ち上げ荷重が作用した場合に、固定レール8を嵩上げ基台カバー23に固定する部分の方が、前記嵩上げ基台カバー23を前記嵩上げ基台6へ固定する部分よりも確実に先に破損し、嵩上げ基台カバー23を嵩上げ基台6へ固定する部分に破損が生じない。
